Why don't you and Babsie (Marvin) take your argument about global warming to the GWSO board.

    They had to pay 4.80

Sure, the way I read it, they sold short the 382,000 shares knowing that they would be making this deal and covering their short by exercizing the warrants at a low cost to them - all aided and abetted by management and at the shareholder's cost.

    It all in the 8K:
"3. Cash Inducement Fee . In consideration and as an inducement for Holder to engage in the Exercise, the Company hereby agrees to pay to the Holder in immediately available funds aggregate cash consideration in the amount of $217,500 to be paid as directed and allocated by Holder no later than one (1) Business Day after the execution of this Agreement."

    Its #$%$.
"The reported security is a Warrant which was originally issued on August 16, 2013 for up to 7,250,000 shares of common stock of the Issuer, convertible at an exercise price per share of $0.375. The exercise price of the Warrant was automatically adjusted in connection with the Company's twenty-to-one reverse stock split effective on October 16, 2013. Pursuant to Section 2 of the Warrant agreement, the exercise price of the Warrant was adjusted from $0.375 per share of common stock to $0.24 per share of common stock. As a result of the twenty-to-one reverse stock split, the holder is entitled to purchase up to 362,500 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $4.80 per share of common stock."

What you need to dig to find is that ASTM paid Eastern (whose address by the way is the Cayman Islands) about the difference between current price and 4.80 to get them to exercize the warrants; so theydid not pay above the market. Seems to me that the share price was manipulated down deliberately to arrange for this deception.

  • Gold brings more revenue than silver for Hecla Mining
Hecla's first-quarter revenue grew 64% thanks to gold from the acquired Casa Berardi mine. Meanwhile, the company grew its silver production by 32%. The picture would have been rosy if costs at Casa Berardi were lower. In current conditions, Hecla Mining remains very sensitive to gold price downside, as gold accounts for 41% of its revenue, and there's some work to do on the cost-cutting front at Casa Berardi.

Still, the ongoing Casa Berardi optimization could yield more positive results. If the company manages to curb costs at the gold mine further, it would justify the increase in leverage associated with the purchase of Aurizon Mines

    Sell Off Today

That was yesterday. Today the reason for the selloff became clear.
Seeking alpha published an article "Johnson & Johnson's Artificial Pancreas May Be Launched Earlier Than Expected" regarding competitive activities. Read the entire article and you will see TNDM mentioned. This would be a case of competitors getting there first.

What aggravates me is that the stock sold off yesterday and the article was today, so the author or his friends sold short on the inside information that the article was coming. I think I will notify the SEC of this insider trading.

  • Anyone know why?

  • Rumor or Fact? The important thing is what today's action indicates will happen should they get the permit - whenevr!

TRTC should take action against Seeking Alpha.

Seems to me that it is (at least analagous to) insider trading if someone knows that they will be posting an article that bashes a stock and sells or sells short in anticipation of publictaion.
