Whether Novation via Advent/Western Union is starting a new tax service is immaterial at this point. However what is material is Streetlinks, Corvisa and CorvisaCloud, and the bond cash/interest that continues to flow from the old mortgage portfolio.

And there is only ONE poster who has made LYING about NOVC 24/7 his avocation, and we all know who that is.

    Stay tuned!

Where is wavb's rebuttal? I was so looking forward to the forensic fraud challenging the bond interest.

I guess my numbers for December of 721K and for the quarter of 2.080M are pretty accurate.

    Enjoy the weekend everyone.

  • If you know how to check the history of I*V posts, you'll find the "internet goon stalker" copy and pasted a response of Batmans reply to "PlayTime03's" post where he (PlayTime03) laid out the Chapter 7 scenario, in a response to Dev's insinuation of possible fraud.

Regardless, this just points out the Miscreant Deception serious investors are subjected to when considering investing in NOVC.

Again, I'll go with Batmans valuation of Streetlinks where it could be worth as much as 150M .

  • The "internet goon stalker" dug real deep to bring out an old post of Batmans from November 2009 where he was predicting Chapter 7 in attempt to spread F.E.A.R. (False Evidence Appearing Real).....the War continues, but miscreant desperation prevails.

Personally I'll go with Batmans miscreant freudian slip declaring Streetlinks may be worth as much as 150M.

pinocchio is averaging about 25 blocking posts a day, but he generally crashes around 11:00PM EST. I don't need nearly as much sleep as pinocchio, so this returns the Bond Interest Report back to where it belongs. Yes, 2.08M interest income for Q4 is a good thing.

Just thought I would bump this post back up to where it should be. Despite the miscreant spin, borrowers are making their mortgage payments better than anticipated.

With bond cash being over 2M for the quarter, miscreant activity really picked up today. 160K shares changed pockets with miscreants saying longs were selling. If longs were selling who was buying....MISCREANTS?
Must be they're the new longs....no other explanation.

  • no one ever said the bond interest/cash would continue to go up, but no one ever thought it would be as strong as it was this year, especially with bond interest being over 2M for Q4.

    Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!

Miscreants can spin this every which way, but bond interest/cash has taken them by surprise just like everyone else.

As I've pointed out on many occasions , the Law of Diminishing Returns has to kick in here at some time, but bond interest was up over YOY by over 20% (from 4.7M to 5.7M) from 2012 to 2013.

Even with diminishing returns of say 20% a year, I figure there is still about 20M of interest income yet to come from the old bond portfolio.

Weighing in on the CEO salary issue

bill...while I'm not sure, I think that Anderson will have to eat some humble pie with regards to his compensation. I know he doesn't like being dictated to by miscreant shareholders,
but when shareholders like you and me and PB3 chime in, I think he has to listen.

Just for the record, if and when he does take a cut in pay, I doubt seriously it will have an impact on share price.

  • Hedge funds and miscreants discovered the former Novastar to be the perfect target/hedge for their scam over 10 years ago. They've made money on both the upside as well as the downside.

The middleman?.....you and me. As they say, "War is Hello" regardless of the side your're on, but its even worse if you're an innocent shareholder in the middle.

Both CEO's and hedge fund owners who targeted them have gone to jail for their criminal behavior. Oh there's criminal behavior alright, but it's not coming from the middleman. Ask Amr Elgindy or his FBI accomplice Jeffrey Royer about their behavior targeting innocent companies?

Someone really needs to go to JAIL over the War Crimes being committed here. Will 2014 see the miscreants and their accomplices behind bars?

    It's my understanding that Anderson's salary has changed very little, if at all, since the mortgage implosion in 2007/2008. Ironically, Billy B of I*V, a cpa, financial analyst and hedge fund owner said this about Andersons salary just a few years ago;

"Despite my differences with Mr. Anderson, I think he's been paid chump change relative to the miracle that he has performed in keeping the company out of bankruptcy and restructuring the Company's capital."

Of course since that time.....Anderson has proven that he's not quite the miracle man that Billy thought he was. However, if it hadn't been for the Mango failure that occurred earlier this year, we probably wouldn't be asking that Anderson take a cut in pay.

For the record, I've contacted the BOD and even Anderson himself recommending a cut in pay. While there is plenty enough cash to continue his current comp, it would be a good will gesture on Andersons part to show investors that he's willing to personally cut back due to some of his mistakes.

None of this is to say that Anderson hasn't done a good job saving the company and building a new foundation for Novation and its current investors. What it does say however, is that he's not infallible, and miracles are often preceded by failures....time for the next miracle?......you be the judge.

  • While wavb etal will attempt to distort these numbers....here is the interest/income from bonds for December right off the press:

    Deal 2002-3 65,356
    Deal 2003-1 124,213
    Deal 2003-3 244,773
    Deal 2003-4 287,198

    Total 721,154

Total for Q4 according to my unaudited calculations is 2,083,836. While there may be some minor adjustments made by the wavb miscreant auditing team, bond interest truly is the gift that keeps on giving.

More discussion to follow.....questions?....predictions for 2014 and beyond?

The pain goes back a long way doesn't it? This company hasn't been NFI for a very long time.

I see you've been spending a lot of time posting on the IV message board about a stock you have zero interest in? Are you kidding me? I don't believe you're that stupid, or are you?

Oh, and you need to share with your "internet goon stalker" friend that Ike Morris (my Dad) was cremated, and his ashes are in the Chesapeake Bay behind my house. I just wanted you to know your buddies comment about "rolling over in the grave" was a LIE very similar to your LIE about me being involved in a pump and dump stock scam.

You better hope and pray that your boy is really not yours....could he be bankbuyers, and he turns out to be just an "internet goon stalker" instead of a real criminal like you?

Inquiring minds would like to know.

Merry Christmas kddsg.......growing in profits in many cases is preferable to growing in size. The professional bashers like tpkepaul know this, but it doesn't work with their agenda.

Of course we'd like to see both margins and revenues growing in unison, but that tends to be a rarity. SL is on the right course and are doing the right things despite claims to the contrary.

just one more thing that WON'T BE NOVC'S DEATH KNELL.

While I know many of you are CPA's and even auditors, it won't be Novations accounting practices that you falsely claim are fraudulent that will be their death knell either.

I know you claim to be saving innocent investors from a criminal enterprise, but that too was Amr Elgindys defense that landed him in FEDERAL PRISON for over 7 years.

YOU'LL GET YOURS TOO, IF JUSTICE PREVAILS.
