I'm not worried about warrants, Schweity will not finance for at least 18 months, they will either be exercised or expire worthless. We have a year to gain Nasdaq compliance and many near term milestones, not worried at all ...
Gynecologic Oncology Group (GOG), how about Roche? No charge to OXGN except drug cost? That's what I'm figuring. Hard to believe we will be starting what will become Phase III soon, has a great ring to it!
But the short game is officially DEAD!!!
I'll bet GOG puts up the money and OXGN and Roche supply the drug. With the GOG having funded Phase II they will want to see a Phase III based on outstanding results. With GI NETS completing enrolment this quarter I wouldn't be surprised to see cash burn stay at present levels which gives us 30 months from today. No additional funds required for at least 18 months.
