Nice plug for NRF by Martin Sass talking The Street - "He is also bullish on NorthStar Realty Finance, saying the company will benefit from its major healthcare acquisitions this year."
That was some quarter - especially when compared to last. Still get confused on that "drop down" number - is that the unrealized hedges they use?. I do know that core earnings are directly related to divi and .75 was very nice.
So quarter by quarter and at least month by month the last 3 months, fundraising is accelerating. Has your yearly total expectations changed with this update? NSAM collects fees based on the amount of funds raised for the non-traded reits?
Dar, backing out the 600 million in debt leaves the deal at 3.4 billion. At 11.50 it would make Griffin having a little less than 300 million shares. They will get ~.2 NRF shares per Griffin share (trying to use round numbers) so are looking at around a 60 million SO in the future?
Thanks, mf46 - I could find no news at 8am when I looked. Hopefully this will stay til the open - those Aug. NSAM 15s I bought at 18.10 and 17.90 were looking a little shaky lol.
