And you spend a lot of time posting instead of working. Are you obsessed with posting?

  • As a Canadian our main stock market the TSE Toronto Stock Exchange is a puppet of the NYSE. No matter how strong our economy is our indices are all tried to the US, yes the US is our largest trading partner and it does have a major impact but today the TSE is open and the NYSE is closed, Our market opened up then as the day progressed it closed pretty much at par. So many large investors including mutual funds are simply playing with the market. Our markets should all be closed in sync with the Major American Markets . I remember a Canadian holiday where our market was closed and the same day the US indices had a major correction, no way to get out since our markets were closed. They're all crooks and I hope they all meet God's judgement for what they have done to the little guy that they fleece daily.

I am a Canadian and my 2007 new design Sierra has 190,000 kilometers on it, about 110,000 miles runs great , I went to the local GM dealer for a paint touch up pen do deal with a few stone chips and the salesman asked me if I would be interested in trading up as he called it for a new design Sierra. He said he could only give me $10K trade in allowance on a $55K new truck. I told him my truck runs fine but with a little wear and tear and still does the job hauling stuff, and trips to the lake. I asked him why I would pay another $45 plus in Canada a tax of 13% putting me in debt for over $50K. He said that I would enjoy owning a new vehicle and have full warranty and have total confidence in my purchase. I asked him if he was drunk, my truck gives me confidence I have it serviced regularly and all options work perfectly. He tried to tell me my payments would only be$650/month, I laughed my mortgage is less than that. The salesman was shocked I didn't want a new one. Turcks are truly th cash cow for the dears and the manufacturers, I bought mine used for $18K with only 75,000 miles on it when it was 5 years old. I don't know how GM is going to sell trucks when they price them so high, the Ford store offered me $15K trade towards a new F150 4x4 Crew that listed for $45K a big difference from GM . I like GM but if I ever need to replace my Sierra it probably will be a F150.

  • wow..... took out a lot of foul mouthed posters much better board, only about 7 or left worth reading. I always read jeye and web for good info but several other so called posters are just not worth wasting time on, sad and I think there are pro GM people that use multiple aliases just like the person(s) who filled the board with new aliases over the last several days. Too bad there isn't a message board with a mediator to permanently boot off those not being able to follow the rules of decency.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I haven't posted for a while but I have been reading it from time to time. Why are so many people wasting their time here? I have better things to do with my life than to argue with people that want GM to BK and hate their products. Even one of the GM supporters is a loser taunting others with his foul mouth.

    Sentiment: Buy
