Millroad Capital sold part of their shares

It's been walked right down with their selling pressure. We'd be foolish to think that it won't be walked down further...It seems odd to me that with Mill Road being an insider, they didn't get out before Crossman resigned. Wouldn't they be privy to that information?

    Hudson Jeans new Shirts

Good point @llm_cfp. I don't have many. But if they sell one to several interested individuals, that's better than inventorying jeans that aren't in demand. I applaud them for trying to create demand in a new article of clothing.

If jeans aren't hot get a jean shirt to marry with White Jeans. Good use of existing fabric. Reinventing is necessary. Why make more jeans that aren't moving. $225? I would...why so negative a Nelly?

  • Check out the website. Looks good to me... I might be completely wrong, but I'm sticking with my thoughts that this is just a bump in the road, and not a wall. What if Joe's storse were turned into Hudson stores? Let's start with the poorest performing ones and see if that doesn't help. Might not be a bad approach and likely wouldn't cost too much to convert. Come on already, share with the stock market what your thoughts are now that you have a consulting firm that is there to help! The General stock market being upset about the strong dollar didn't help us yesterday...

  • The sky is falling, and maybe it will...

But, I just have to think that this may be the perfect time to hang in there, or take a flyer.

    $188MM in revenue.
Joe's and Hudson prominently displayed in stores and online.
    Diversified products, not just jeans...
Good exposure recently at the Fashion shows...
Maybe Hudson get's sold and the debt reduced to manageable level...
Maybe Joe's spins out Hudson, and then we have two stocks???

The company is looking into options, and hasn't thrown in the towel...yet.

Q1 just ended February 28th, 2015. Worth seeing how they faired?
