I realize that after the fact. I was just looking for a nice dividend play and this stock had dropped 45 to 50 cents over the last 5 days. I had no intentions of buying 10k of shares but i started buying at 14.06 , 2k at a time, i wanted to be at or below the closing price at the end of the day. It kept falling so i kept buying . 14.05, 14.02 . 14, even 13.99 after hours. Bought 2k more at 14.02 ah. It took 5 trades for me to accumulate and before I knew it I had 10k@ 14.01. Sold 7500 block at 13.50 in the premarket, then 2000, and 500 when the market open. The 7.5 k in the premarket was a gift, which is why I said I was lucky. it could have gone the other way. I thought I could fly under the radar with this one and it worked out fine this time. $1,000 gain after commissions, but i thought the beta and risk was low. I'm done for now.. I see a major correction coming.

Wiill do. It takes three days for the trade to clear. which will show me as record shareholder for the dividend, I believe the div payout date is May 30, so I'll let you know then. It used to confuse me but not anymore. Must always buy the day before the x-div date and then you can sell the next day if you want and still qualify for the divy as my trade will take three business days to clear.

all you have to do is hold thru x-div date which is today, didn't you see that the.63 divy was pulled out overnight. Close a 14.02 -..63=13.3882 today. You are considered a record holder if you held overnight and will receive the dividend. Google x-dividend.

I bought 10,000 shares yesterday near end of day, average 14.02. Held overnight, so I get the divy, plus.11 cents or $1100 on the premarket sale today.. Maybe I should have waited for more but decided not to get greedy. I hope you guys pick up a better return. News is sketchy this morning. What is the consensus on this Reit?

I averaged up to $20.02 now in AH. This is my retire stock. Now holding 10,200 shares.

Bought at the close 1000 @ 30.76. Uggh! Bought in AH 800 @ 27, 700 @ 26, 500 @ 28 for a total of 3000 shares at an average price of 28.18. Sold them all at 28.27. What a freakin nightmare. I thought for certain this was going to be a beat and guidance to be super. Boy, was I wrong. Thank God I had the money to dollar cost averaging down and get the puck out. I'm a very disappointed long. And acathar is so promising to so many people who need it. Roller coasters are not my bag anymore. I hope the rest of you are okay.

We were just at 30 or 29.5 after it crossed over the 200 day moving average. Now we cross it again on the downside. I'm not a bear. I have made 3k swing trading Qcor long. Just following the trends and TA. Nomad and Mikey know the game. Ricky here in Chicago. You gotta watch this stock like a HAWK! Must give up the day job or play u lose.
