Going from pinks to a real exchange would be much more substantive than nyse mkt to nasdaq. Right now there are doubts whether ctix is even a legitimate company - uplisting to a major exchange would go a long way towards settling that. Volume is completely pathetic. I am disgusted with the way Leo handled the uplisting issue. But no point in whining like ihubbers, I have just adjusted my position accordingly. Also glad I'm not a savvy enough investor to average up.
I'm having trouble deciphering your point, but I think you're saying that gay marriage will lead to more diseases? So you think gays have been holding off on sex until they could get married? You can't be that dumb. And if they were, wouldn't you have to admire that, as a conservative? Man, this country will be so much better off when you old right-wingers die off. Shouldn't be much longer now.
Surprised this is having trouble holding on to gains. The lightweights trying to lock in their puny 10% gains will be gone soon, then we're really off.
Got to agree, Leo screwed the pooch on the uplisting thing. I don't think he wants to uplist at all, don't think he ever did. Doesn't mean there's anything shady going on, just think he feels he can be more agile and responsive without a BOD. But he should have said as much! "I don't feel like it's beneficial for the company to be on a higher exchange and all the burdens that put on us as a small entity. If an investor is not comfortable with this then they shouldn't invest here." That would have been fine. All this nonsense about uplisting, uplisting, then no, we're not going to uplist because we don't qualify. Complete amateur hour. Personally, I don't think it'll matter in the end once things start proving out, but it's not a good look right now.
He posts these "predictions" regularly. Then when/if good news comes out, he likes to say that he called it. It's very bizarre.
T/A is for dumb people who believe in horoscopes. I know that's not you china.
Buy at 1.90 and sell at 2. Could have made a lot of $ following that strategy.
I wouldn't want a reverse split either, but I would want a CEO who knew the requirements of uplisting and didn't need to call in to nasdaq to find out his company didn't qualify! Feels very shady. I think either there are skeletons in the ctix closet that Leo is worried about coming to light or he just doesn't want to turn over control to a BOD. But like an idiot I'm still hanging on.
