You mean he still owns this POS? How much is he losing so far? I bought it at 1.75 and will wait until he breaks even, whatever that is. What a joke!
You have a long wait on this one, at least a year. Looking to add at 4.75, but not in a hurry. My biggest concern is the resumption of the dividend after they straighten out the mess. I have seen it in other places where the dividend becomes history.
I didn't call them clowns. You did, but you are right and that's what I said in an earlier post about BK and to be patient. I'm sticking to 2 years instead of 1.
On second thought (lol!), added 33% at 5. I think some folks are over reacting to this.
The insiders own 22%, and a new CEO is onboard. I think his startegy has merit, but he has his work cut out. The chance of BK is just about 0. I can wait 2 years.
Fred, I'm watching this stock closely for a buy, because their main business is retail, and what isn't that they make it on the spread. So, the price has little to do with the price of oil. The price action is in reaction to these analysts bad mothing it, like Motley Fool. I will be a buyer and add to my position if it goes below 10; Look at it this way. Most investors buy this for the dividend and long term. Furthermore, we are not going to stop buying their retail products, because they are essential.
Motley Fool Di Lallo was bragging about the new CLMT's CEO visions on April 12. On April 13 he wrote another article urging investors to stay clear of CLMT. I can't wait to follow his advice. What a joke!!!
When these aaaanalysts bash a stock, get ready to buy, because that's what they will be doing. I know. I saw it in CHK and bought at $1.75
do you really believe they could omit the dividend? Too big a bank for that to happen IMO. I agree we may see $25 fairly soon if they earnings take a dive.
Their problems are a lot bigger than sustaining the dividend. We may see this at 25 soon, because of the unknown about the Panama papers. JMHO
It could be that too much of their business is in China, making it risky for long term. What % of their total revenue comes from there? I hear that they are going big on credit card business in China, too.
When the crooks from Goldman make a public announcement about a stock, it;s time to do the opposite of what they want you to believe. Just remember the junk mtge bonds that they floated as AAA. Lots of folks got burned on those. Do your dd and if NGL dips further: time to buy. GLTA
Everbody knows that, because CHK already made some sales. They are buying time, hoping the price of oil moves up in the next 12 mos. That kind of news doesn't make the pps jump IMHO, especially on the heels of the Saudis raining on the parade. We are all guessing here, but the high volume and strong price action is an indication of something else.
I doubt earnings make this dog go up like this. It's a buyout offer for sure. Somebody big is involved here for sure! Keep your eyes open!
I couldn't agree with you more. This puppy makes its money on retail sales and on the spread, not drilling for oil, as many lemmings believe.l Time to get it on the cheap from here on out. GLTA
Sentiment: Strong Buy
