Swihart & Kaiser I had to get aggressive and now I'm going to allot a portion of my dry powder to day trading these risky "gems".. It's not how I wanted to invest but I need to make up some losses.. buying and holding a company like SPEX has been disastrous..
Only near term meaningful headline that I could see would be selling of assets or the dreaded need to raise cash.. I would like to hear other opinions if any.. VRNG is just a example on how difficult to monetize these IP's..
I never wanted to day trade but to make up my losses on SPEX and the beaten to death commodity sector I'm resorted to take on risk and follow the trends quickly.. I'm possibly looking to get back in at $2.11 or lower.. Using the house's money.. It's still a great potential long term story..
I sold it at $3.50 in yesterday's AH luckily!.. It didn't have PBMD's Anomaly so it appears.. that the markets for ya.. looking to get back in at $2.11..
Hey Kaiser.. I didn't pull the trigger on AVEO this am at $2 regretting it now, didn't want to jinx my winnings from yesterday.. I'm follow the Biotech community and it appears they attack the PPS to the up side when decent news hits the screens.. Could have broke even on my SPEX losses.. To the rest of the SPEX longs I'll try to keep these threads to a minimal and not infest others threads.. I'm still long SPEX with only 1k shrs.. will add more below $.51..
How do you explain the 2 day move PBMD? Anomaly?
I left a sell order in AH at $3.50 didn't think it would trigger.. my bad.. I think you guys have a good day to look forward to tmrw as I will be left behind it seems.. good luck longs!
Just sold it in AH for $3.50.. made up half of my SPEX losses in a couple hrs.. kinda wish I had same amount of shares as I did with SPEX.. I have a feeling it may blow $3.50 away tmrw..
Talk about a sore loser have you no shame?... You should invest in mutual funds so you don't have to stress yourself out so much..
After seeing what happened to PBMD today it could happen.. Investors need to do a little DD overnight then pounce as they did with PBMD..
Many companies are starting to move but none has ISR a headline like ISR has today..
