It could be that it was absorbed into Velti after they acquired the rest of the company. JMO
That was a conservative estimate. At six times earnings of $28 million, it would be a buck fifty. Not bad considering where it's at right now.
There was approximately $9 million from Asia, Africa and the not Western Europe. This excludes entirely India and the UK(however, there's supposed to be some remaining business in the UK). That's pretty much what was left after the sale. So, conservatively, if they generate about $7 million a quarter from the remainder of the businesses that would be about $28 million a year, not including Greece(I know, I know).
At one times earnings, that would be about thirty cents a share value. No one knows the real value remaining since there has been not clarity of the remaining business. The dust should be about settled from the US units bankruptcy and there should some news going forward.
I don't see why GSO wouldn't just take out the rest of the business. There seems to be some value there. They could make an offer of forty to fifty cents a share once there is some sort of news and put this Humpty Dumpty back together.
It means that those filing own between 5-20% of the company.
What an intelligent response. What are you his mother?
Did I address you? No, I didn't so you are welcome to put me on ignore.
For the record, my angle is to share ideas about the continued viability of this company. They obviously did not sell their technology and international businesses (in certain areas) and still have SOME intrinsic value going forward. GSO invested about $92 million dollars so they saw value in the businesses they bought. It wouldn't surprise to see them make an attempt at acquiring the remaining businesses to get the entire asset back under one roof.
Going forward, they look to be without any outstanding debt since GSO took it on in the acquisition. They've still got receivables that will eventually be collected. It may take some time, but they'll get it.
EH1982. I've got to ask. What exactly is your angle? You've taken out a personal crusade against this company and, even though its beaten down, you continue to rail against it. I'm certain you've made the money you wanted so why not simply move on?
I know you're not here to educate other investors. No one does that out the goodness of their heart. There is some type of angle. Were you fired by this company? Did Moukas sleep with your wife? What's the angle?
