What I understand the stock is being peddled off daily, proxy for more shares to come up for more share to sale if stock does not recover in 20 or so days. That is the plan. (guessing) where the problem rises would be if the stock fall under 1.00 and hold more than 45 days or so actually 30 but nasdaq is slow to react. than we a looking at delisting witch means REVERSE SPLIT TIME that's when we get hammered only iff they sale the shares that are slated for auction. as you see the price is being driven down because of the actions of the mandatory liquidation of stock. as the stock price drops the amount of share having to be liquidated is rising to meet the required number set by the guidelines of nasdaq. Any fund manager will tell you, problems, problems even if the stock is underpriced at this point, the risk is to high for a split or a monster drop. when they put share up for sale at currant price nobody wants them, I don't and you don't, this is a daytrader dream for shorting and long shooting.
with earning looming this could see lower than expected closings. get the bad news out and move on. if they wait any longer this stock may never recover and be delisted than it will be heading over to the pinks
This stock has no new buyers. why would you want to purchase a poor performing stock, Profits are nonexistent expect losses next report. let it drop like a rock
