What will happen to your shares ?

Well, the PR does say that the existing BOD is resigning effective immediately and stepping back from Creative and forward on CEN - can we infer from that they expect CEN to be an independent entity (possibly LICENSED and ready to conduct business) also effective immediately?

Under US Law, what Mayor Bain did was probably a willful crime of moral turpitude i.e., Fraudulent - he's not the first to hold public office and pervert the course of justice and I'm sure he won't be the last. What will be fascinating to see is, WHY? The elections were coming up and he had a slack handful of residents/Voters who were unhappy and playing the Dunce Card about not knowing what was happening (all lies, pretty sure the tv coverage proves it was obvious and the plans were readily accessible). Mayor Bain won his seat again by a landslide, hardly worth jeopardizing his good name and public servant position for by flip flopping and acting fraudulently and with malice. So that begs the question - was it the income from taxes on Agriculture vs Industrial or was it for personal gain - shorting for his own benefit, or something more outrageous - like a payoff from a third party? I suspect he's going to wish he hadn't played with the Big Boys, either way - he shouldn't get too comfy in his Mayor seat - should be pitched out of here shortly for his deceit...

THE NEW FITX LONG ANTHEM!!!! STAY LONG!!

I have plenty of patience - what I DON'T have though is tolerance for nonsense. This not a Game for me. Possibly you are right - maybe this is the townspeople bashing it down in order to line their own pockets and I can't deny, the share price lent itself to some great buying opportunities. However, we need them to focus and stop playing games, posting innuendo. It devalues their efforts elsewhere when they pull stunts like they did tonight. I can only hope Bill had NO knowledge of that and that he is irritated when he finds out. He's allowing them to make him look idiotic. Not cool.

I haven't sold either and in fact, averaged down while I had the opportunity - I just need for Bill to take the helm again now and in time, communicate his plan. I spent some time looking at Tecumseh today as an alternate site and was talking to a fellow investor about that scenario - I've got no problem with that for a plan, if thats what happens and not much issue with a delay if it means we don't get caught in a lengthy legal wrangle. My objection is solely about allowing a song be the official communication after the beatdown we've taken. Fuels the fire for Bashers and causes me to wonder just who the he(( is running the boat right now. My intention was to make money and it still is - you can see I am pro FITX from my earlier FB posts, but that last post was insulting and worrisome - glad they pulled it. Good luck to you also.

Stack - I didn't call you a Stoner, unless of course, you are the one who thought it'd be funny to post a song in response to our current dilemma. For the record, I'm glad you're Green - I don't have envious bone in my body, I love to see people succeed trust me, almost as much as I love to see myself succeed, but maybe that's why you seem to be insensitive to the fact that posting a song is NOT how to soothe shareholders when the #$%$ hitting the fan.

I am asking for some sensible word from the Leadership as I really want this decision of mine to work out well and right now, I have serious concerns, as many of us do. As you know if you were able to catch my response before they deleted the thread - I'm heavily invested in FITX and I have supported the Company for some time now. However, I'm a grown up and I want Bill back at the wheel. He doesn't have to post fluffy nonsense to fill in the gaps - he can wait until he has something of substance to say, but a song (no matter how good and catchy, stoned or not) was NOT what I was expecting in response to the dilemma we find ourselves in. All good. "Alice" x

Yeah Stack - did you see "them"? Those "Grumpy Shareholders" - just imagine - Us, Oh - I mean "them" being ruffled about the fact that we've - ummm...they've lost 60% of the share value and then being a teensy weeny bit pi$$ed off that whoever is left in charge of the shop while the CEO is off drumming up business thought it would be "fun" to post a song as the very next official FITX correspondence. My suggestion to you, Lay off the Weed, Boy and mind your investment...being part of the High School In Crowd is NOT how you get wealthy. Get the stoned little burn outs off the wheel - it's time that they send in the Grown Ups...it may be funny to you, but I can assure you, I have plenty at stake here and I want it treated like it's more than a High School clique. Lots of love, "Alice"
