I don't understand their reasons for this move. My original 700 shares of WPZ went to 606 shares. My cost increased from $50.57 to $58.41 and my dividend was reduced from $3.71 to $3.40 per share. How did WMB improve their situation with this move?
iF YOU OWN 500 PGN WHICH PAYS $2.48/SH OR TOTAL OF $1240 YOU WILL GET 2.6125 OF D FOR EACH PGN SHARE YOU HOLD, IN THIS CASE 1306 SHS OF D WHICH PAY $1.97/SH OR $2573. DOES THIS REALLY SUCK?
The July 12th issue of Barons reported that Gamco "boosted its stake to 4,074,975 shares (11.54%) by purchasing 365,000 from May 10 to July 2 at prices rangingg from $7.87 to $11.15". Could this mean another attempt to place its people on the board?
