Mr. Rockov had pledged units of the company as collateral for a loan, and was forced to sell 230,900 of them for an average of $9.46, or almost $2.2 million. The company’s stock has fallen about 72% in the past year. Mr. Rockov didn’t respond to requests for comment.
Just did a google search on Kolja Rockov. Seems like another high roller idiot. Look him up ...Ypo won't believe his ultra expensive lifestyle. I should have done that long ago ... lavish high roller. Enronish ...

Not that simple. At some point somebody has to take delivery at a given price. Samee with all commodities..
Glad somebody else is thinking about this. Thought I was the only one. You know ... the stock channels could really do a lot, but they choose to talk about nonsense all day, over and over and over. Wish somebody would shine some light on this .. it's somewhat difficult to research ... as were credit default swaps.
If all these companies have hedged oil at $100.00 (just an example) how do they get paid ... especially if oil keeps going down and stays there for years to come? I'm not sure pockets are deep enough to keep paying a differential that larger. What am I missing and why haven't we heard much talk of this. It seems to mimic credit default swaps.
You really need a fortune teller with a shinny new crystal ball to answer your question. The old economy and accounting principals seem to be a thing of the past. Most CEO's seem to trust their lying ability and only look to keep their paychecks rolling in. Integrity is out the window!
Would the house be located in a dry climate? Actually, I just took a look at D .... Much better! Thanks ...I have a hard time not trying to find bargains, needles in haystacks, etc. Just thought I would give it one more gander. Me thinks LINE's a goner ...sad!
I guess another question would be .... does the company have any value? Without future distribution prospects, I guess the answer is no. If debts exceed assets, the answer is also no. I'm struggling with trying to figure if there is any share price at which LINE would become a buy. Anybody have thoughts on this?
Many have pointed to hedges still in affect thru 2017. If LINE stays together for 2 more years which I guess they could manage to do with hedges in place, I guess at $2.50 per share it's about time to do the math. I really think oil will be higher in 2 years, but will probably go lower before that time. So, the question becomes ... can they maintain with the money that is coming in for the next 2 years? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
Thank you ... I appreciate the response. I kind of figured there must be a major problem, in that they've been around forever and they continue to hemorrhage mega millions of dollars. Sounds like another one of the familiar stories where management hangs on with huge salaries while shareholders suffer. Again .... Thanks
Thanks for all the responses. I'm quite sure this is not a place to ask a question over the 2nd grade level.
Seems to me society is producing more racism then ever before. Most blacks appear to be extremely racist. Whites are fleeing the poor neighborhoods for fear of being robed, mugged, shot, rapped or fearing that the property values will decline (which they will). I think it's time for a more honest approach to this situation. Where the heck are the black church leaders? Why don't they speak out? I'm not in denial. I'm more racist than I have ever been in the past.
They worked at various low wage jobs after which most of their income came from Cap. gains. They bought and sold real estate, Remember that wages in the late 60's and 70's were very low. Minimum wage was under $1.00 per hour. Now they find themselves in a situation where they have assets but very little income. I just hate to see them bleeding their assets for everyday living.
There is no minimum ... that's my point. I know that I'm correct because I went to the SS office with this person. They have far too many assets to get SSI or any other form of help from the Government.
Wondering why there is no minimum on Social security checks, however the maximum is close to $2,500.00 per month. I'll bet most here don't know this factoid. Now .. I thought SS was designed for the poorer people ... dumb me! A friend of mine recieves $150.00 per month ... mostly a mini8mum wage worker ... but hard worker. What yo0u think about that. Hum!
You know ... just been wondering why confederate solders get no respect and black people get checks! Just saying. ... thinking about the confederate flag thing. I guess I'm glad it will be gone, but it seems a bit disrespectful.
Shareholders will not. How many times do we have to replay this record. I guarantee management to get their huge salaries for a very long time. Lets see ... shareholders get how much monthly? Is anybody listening !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
