Really sad that even within the pathetic penny stock community you have the unfortunate reputation of being the IGC pimp/bagholder. Your posting history is a hoot to read. lol.
Sigh....you're such a tiresome twit. When is mommy going to cut off that monthly allowance and stop your delusion of being a "trader"?
Same old gmorocket. Older but still not wiser. Full of mumbo jumbo and jargon which he is clueless about. I was actually beginning to miss your dopey posts about "burst basket" and other comical observations. BTW, I only post about stocks I am frustrated with. Not my winners.
This is a notification of A TENDER OFFER for FUSION-IO, INC.. The offering is made by FLIGHT MERGER SUB, INC. and expires on July 22, 2014.
Is there any way to find out the current progress of the tender offer? Has ISS and the other outfit made any recommendations re. the tender offer?
"Based in Bethesda, Maryland, India Globalization Capital, Inc. has articulated a strategy to become a company with diverse operating businesses including niches such as #$%$, specialty pharmaceuticals and solar energy. We are currently engaged in trading and rental of heavy equipment in the United States, China and India"
Whatever happened to iron-ore beneficiation in Mongolia from last year? Bet you that he will never be physically present in the US for fear of being nabbed by the Feds. Thieving scoundrel......
From 61 cents to whatever may look like a huge climb, but did you not buy at $3+?
next pie-in-the-sky venture. lol.
I'm sure that alone tainted FIO for any potential acquirers. The little #$%$ will still land on his feet even after all the bonehead moves.
I'm sure they will invoke safe harbor provisions regarding statements about future prospects. Seems that Robison and the top management were just interested in getting a sweet deal for themselves. Question is what did the BoD get out of it? Hope the shark lawyers roast them over hot coals. Final analysis the shareholders are the ones who get screwed royally.
See how SFLY and RAX are gaining today from "exploring merger/going private possibilities". D%u#m&b#$%$ Robison.
with IGC/shareholder money. Or does the ramster still have India based auditors who change/resign every six months. lol.
Announcing a definitive sale agreement has been a disservice to FIO shareholders. But then what else can you expect from Shane Robison and the clown board?
Has happened to me more often than I care to remember. I don't think it's game over for FIO yet.
Future investing rule for me: Short any company where Shane Robinson is employed, even as a janitor.
