    From yesterdays Court-Hearing

The mention of: There were more Reporters in the room than J&J lawyers is a good sign. Why: Reporters are those who write articles and articles are being read around the world and Readers become on day shareholders if the Story is about a listed Company and the emerging potential.

The stockmarket is a beast - those waiting for the absolute are mostly left behind - but then, what is wrong for somebody waiting to get what one is looking for, if those are prepared to pay a higher Price. Let us first clear some legal hurdles here and after the USTPO ruling the market verdict is dump up -. The filings will come as well if and when all pieces fit.

versus the S&P 500. I would call this rather a reference as it is versus the top and broad market. I am pretty sure, it will outperform as well versus all other Indexes and this alone would justify some trackers to put the stock into their Portfolio.

mademy.... I have taken some time to go through various comments from bp-goldstien. Actually I consider him a perfect fool, but then you can scan every board from various companies and you will find such People. Somewhere out there, you find always People who have a personal Agenda/Vendetta against someone related somehow to the companies they cover and then of course in the darkness of their room they pay back. If it makes them happy so be it and actually it is better they do it by commenting than by Walking in the street and Harass innoncent People - they Need a valve and the Forums gives it to them.

benny..... Alydyr is a well known paid basher. Go to his Profile on I-Hub and have a look on which board he is posting. Almost 6000 Messages on various companies, but all comments are bashing and trashing. This is so obvious that it is already stupid that he does not Change his posting Name, but then, from small Brains you cannot expect too much.

weaver424 you are right, Russia is not part of the EU and Russia has it's own regulatory authority. Rospotrebnadzor. The Russian medical device Registration process is complicated and it is therefore essential to work with a local expert who understands the process and can navigate your device through to successful registraion. Of course if you have the EU Certificate it helps in the Speed of the process, but as a rule if in the right Hands of a well known Distributor, the process will go through successfully.
Based on my knowledge, they have not entered the market yet, and if I have to speculate from start to execution it takes about 6 months and once you have it, then of course the Distributor can take up his Job.

Another word to sanctions. Up to this day, they are more symbolic like I said, freezing certain assets. But nobody could see - besides talking though - implementing full sanctions. BP and Exxon Mobile signed even new deals last week. Or how do you want to tell your car-Producers that one of the biggest markets in the world not longer is open for them? Would it hurt the Russians? Nope, you just buy your cars from China, India and those countries not involved in such games, like the Brik-Countries. And then, if you are a Distributor living in a Country, lets say Switzerland, that is neither member of the EU and neutral, how should it affect his Business. It won't. But of course, nobody would have thought that it would ever happen again, sanctions talks against one of the G7 countries, but voila here we are. At the end, it would hurt all, the Russian economy and of course as well certain industries in Europe and the USA. Who would benefit from it - well of course China, Latin-America, India and some other powerful emerging market countries.

Those sanctions will not affect such deals. The sanctions first are against certain People - Oligarchs - you would call them or better said, People very Close to Putin. Then santions would have an effect on certain assets. The Crux of the Story is however, that certain sanctions could backfire especially if it is with reference to credits given by US or European Banks. If they would Close the door for renewing credits, then it could easily be done with China or other places, like the last multi-Billion Dollar Gas deal that has been signed with China recently. And just to give some thoughts: France who got paid with 1.1 Billion Dollar for a deal, does not want have anything to do with an Embargo and the British, although making some noise, just signed another defense deal with Russia.
Conclusion: If and when the US and Europe would implement Embargos, they would be very very selective because at the end, neither the EU nor the USA want to hurt their economies. So DECN is very safe if it would come to this.

bp... Arthuro is right. something is wrong with you but then this is not my Business it is your life. And not to be forgotten, I worked Long in enough in NY and London for some top names in the street that I have seen and heard all. Whenever something is not understood or somebody is losing Money, conspirancy theories are created just to excuse the own stupidity. Good luck with your Mission - for me you Sound too much sectarian to be taken serious. Keep yourself busy so as your post is always at the end of the raster - which actually is what you want. Poor Soul.

bp-goldstien I do not know your education. But being a shareholder with a stake of let's say 10 % - and reported- does not mean you cannot be friendly or in contact with the CEO. What about then Icahn when he constantly meets with the CEO of AAPL to heard and to talk about strategies. What about Dough Kass being constantly in contact with the CEO's of the companies he is invested in or Einhorn from Omega Advisors or Visa and or MAstercard being 9 % shareholders of various companies and even member of the board? Based on your logic this would be all Insiders just because they have Meetings or lunches with the board or with the CEO. You must really be dreaming your dream.
Having said this: I cannot see what Kind of Inside info those shareholder should have had or posted which was not known to everybody. The FDA process was known to everybody. When it was announced it was know to everybody. The court Hearings were announced and everybody would have had the right to send somebody into the courtroom to listen. The protocols of the Hearings were open to download for everybody and once the judge ruled a verdict it was public to everybody. So what Kind of inside Information should she or he have had. That this shareholder issued his opinion based on his understanding or based on professional advice he got from other Corners has nothing to do with inside Information. A shareholder has a fiduciary duty to make his own due-dilligence and how he will then Interpret his findings is another Story. This is about the markets nothing more and nothing less.
Your various comments are not Substantive nor objecitve - they are a summary of personal Frustration and Show hate against the Company or some People Close to the Company. But the social media platform gives Access to everybody to carry his private war into the chat-rooms. If it satisfies you - fine for you and the quantitiy of your presence on this board speaks for itself. But about one Thing I am sure: Nobody takes you serious

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
