Just did some research on ABBV's Hep c drug. FDA approval is expected Dec 21, 2014 and it's likely pricing for a 6 pill a day regimen will be cheaper than GILD drug ( 1x per day). ... although ABBV has not said. Right now GILD charges retail $94,500 for 12 weeks and $63,000 for 8 weeks. The more hard to treat, late stage patients might opt for ABBV since the efficacy is a little better and these patients would be the first to gain approval to treat. However , GILD has is the first out of the box and has that advantage and who's to say that ABBV's drug will be less expensive ( and if it is GILD could drop it's pricing to meet). My vote is for GILD.

Cramer claims Saudi's are dropping oil prices to bankrupt the marginal E&P companies that are fracking for oil in the U.S. He claims that F&D costs in the U.S. are going up as is labor cost to drill and the cost to get to market. This is contrary to what I have read in research reports where the cost per unit oil is dropping because of production efficiencies. Stick with this stock.
