out of the CC, because I must admit: this is worse than I thought it would be......I guess we'll see how much is already factored into the stock price?
Don't look good
shortly. Too, I won't be surprised at big stock buyback announcement. Don't be deceived, coal is here to stay and ANR one of the best positioned companies out there. These steeply, discounted stock prices won't last much longer. BET ON IT
quit trying to figure out today's action, you can't! Just know how happy you're going to be, not too long from now, that you were able pick up some shares at these prices.
might be a slight plus for the stock, but next quarter will really reflect lower fuel expense and other cost cutting measures...Anybody else, besides motormouth(hulk), think numbers on 2/12 might be a positive? lol
Low fuel costs, lower rail cost and improving economic conditions are going to bode well for ANR. Can't help but believe now is the time to take strong position in coal stocks, especially ANR.
delisting not as pressing as solvency. volume in this stock is incentive for them to relax rules. Regardless, you can google nyse requirements if you really don't know. You can believe that delisting concern shouldn't be as great as paying the bills.
about $100M, if no surprises. Obviously, the street thinks bankruptcy filing will come sooner. The pretense under which recent bonuses were given(about $5M). does make one think management might be thinking the same thing. Looked to me like the only criteria for keeping the bonus is for them to stay with the company! Where else could they command their salaries after such a dismal showing with WLT?
I'm about to believe the ridiculous bonuses given to these jokers actually says more about where the company is heading than the stock price.
