Chiscams all over the place! I feel really really sorry for all the momo guys who did not jump ship when it was sinking.
Btw, can any see a good f..... reason why VISN should trade at $11 or so??
Another delisting coming!
Hey man, you kept me laughing until I peed in my pants! Thank you.
CCXI is basing here around the $5 level with good reasons to go up from here:
1. Substantial insider buying of late.
2. Good clinical results.
3. Freedom from the GSK partnership to pursue its own FDA approvals.
4. All bad news (including Citi's downgrade) must be priced in by now.
Hey, I'm a trader (being an investor nowadays is a losing proposition). So, I shorted yesterday at 5.60 and just covered about 30 minutes ago at 3.96 (pre-market). Good luck to all of you! However, the shorts will have better luck here....I'll see you on the next idiotic run up!....
With 73 employees! These guys are really pathetic liars!!
Maybe they sold 506M worth of used bicycles imported from the Soviet Union to the farmers around Tianjin who make $40 a month?? Yeah, quite likely. LMAO.
All of these Chinese beauties are practically the same garbage. There are more of them, but there's not enough room here to mention them all.
1. Most avoided the scrutiny of an IPO bu doing RTO.
2. All have gone through reverse splits in order to stay listed! In order to minimize the float and attract fools.
3. Most if not all have separate sets of financial figures: one set for SEC filings (false) and another set for Chinese filings.
4. They make untrue or partially true announcements from time to time.
5. They hire American executives to embellish their window dressing.
6. They always rely on the fact that verification of information by foreigners is practically impossible.
The kind of action in this possible scam we saw today draws the attention of serious investigators, which in turn may bring a halt and possible delisting.
ZOOM claimed 55% ownership of US company (still on their website!!), they just forgot to pay for it. They also announced the purchase of a shady (non existent?) company in Beijing. All lies and deceit. Got the message? It's all fraudulent garbage. These guys are fraudsters.
There are shares available for shorting again!! Short now and make a small bundle!!
Sir, cut the BS! If you're long that POS, your pumping it here ain't gonna do you nada.
Do yourself a favor: look for American companies to invest in. Stay away from Chiscam, do not touch with the longest pole you can find!
After watching trade here for a while, I've come to the conclusion that the "big boys" are naked shorting it big time. If individual retail guys can not borrow shares and yet you see large orders on the sell side, then that must be the case.
Going down to +/-$2 in a day or two.
If you're long and were quick enough to have some profit here, sell now and run for the hills. I don't want to be the one to say "I told you so".
As a matter of fact, this news (if true at all?) should have taken this stock down to below $2. A commitment to increase the debt level so substantially immediately (not to mention the installments!) is very BAD NEWS!!
Besides, this whole thing is likely no more than one big BS! If you followed the interesting fraud accusations around NQ Mobile, you must know by now that a favorite Chinese strategy of "defending" against lies is diversifying into new "businesses". In this regard, check out what has been happening with ZOOM that made a similar announcement last week.
I was lucky to put my hand on a chunk of short shares at $5.60. If you can find shares to short, go for it right now. The only thing that future bag holders have going for them is the tiny float. NO RESON TO BUY GARBAGE. Besides, the dilution here is probably right around the corner, if the "commitment" is real.
One more thing, this whole luxury car market in China has been trending down lately and the news regarding this "purchase" is 3 weeks old.
Yes, the somewhat reduced reimbursements next year is not the greatest news. However, is it a good enough reason for a haircut of more than 25%?? I don't think so. Just got myself a position at 7.90.
Anyone who does not understand the shady relationships between these little (almost unknown) boutique brokers and the companies they promote is a fool.
Aegis Capital and Feltl Capital have a PT of $30 on CGIX. Check where the stock is right now. Be sure to know that Aegis was the lead underwriter of CGIX's IPO and Feltl took part in it too.
The head office of Northland (whoever the hell it is) happens to be in Minneapolis, not so far from the offices of ETRM. Push push and screw the believers.
I'm watching, I covered at 1.92. Just opened another bottle of expensive wine. And I'm still talking to you... Can't believe it! If you make money here, and I hope you will, are you going to travel to Europe for the first time in your life? Are you going to buy a new scooter? I wish you the best of luck!
When your sh.....market is on the verge of a major correction (or even a mini crash, Fed tapering), you fools should be beginning to buy gold and/or gold miners' stocks (sounds contrarian, huh?). Don't go for idiotic dreams. You'll see that 2014 will prove to be the year of precious metals.
I truly hate to quote good old Warren for the umpteenth time: "be fearful when everyone else is greedy.....".
The only reason I bother to "correspond" with little a/h's like you is because I'm bored.
Muck in your little Milwaukee apartments and don't forget to shovel the #$%$ snow!
I'm sitting here on the terrace of my beautiful villa overlooking the Mediterranean enjoying a great December sunshine with a glass of great 2006 blend. And you, stupid little fools, are scolding me, huh?!?
"HUGE POTENTIAL " the 2 favorite words of idiots. And brush up on your English when you have the time, after counting your profits!
