I think if they lowered rights offer after making commitment at 5 the #### will hit they fan and chaos will take over as there will be absolutely no credibility left in the company such like there was none in Millers last year. They are trying to build credibility , not destroy it.
Who the heck knows? I pretty much give up on what will happen to this company and stock value. i would not be surprised if went below the all time low before it levels out or goes up again. They seem to be waiting on giving us any more news. No news is what is driving it down and making us wait until end of March has alot of people running for cover. Maybe they think qtr. ending March will look better with this severe weather going on. It has to be depleting inventory.
we will see .i will not be buying more however. i will exercise the offering if price does not drop below 5. i have a substantial number of shares with average of 7.40 . not willing to risk any more at this time. waiting to see what happens between now and march . do not expect much price differential between now and then. how many shares and at what price do you own at this time. that will tell everyone what you are all about.
you may very well be correct but remember this whole scenario will take in my opinion two to five years to set up. Will not happen any time soon. If you are in for the long term like I am , it should pay off in the end even if you bought in at higher levels.
hope so but not too optimistic
maybe he can not sell because of agreement . he may have restricted shares that can not be sold until a specified date, just a thought
No reason to wait so long to announce rights offering date . Stock in my opinion is dead money with tight range here of 5 -5.20 until then. Just get it over with so we can move on and really see what Wilbur is up to.
have no clue as to what is going on with this co. Only hope stock starts to go up in 2014
it kills me that solar and coal, the two extremes as far as the environment are doing better than natural gas. Go figure
so why are you not buying all you can at 5.10 if a take out would take it to 7 or 8. Also how are billionaires making a killing with your scenario? Wilburs average as of now is well north of 10, closer to 12.
