I have received an E Mail from the Senior V.P. of Investor Relations and Corp. Dev. I have been told that the new Capital will be used to support Organic Growth and Acquisition Strategies for AFSI. The Capital will not be used to pay down long term debt, however, in her words it will be used to support the same type of superior results that the Company has experienced in the recent past. Sounds Good to me!!!!!

TRC has acquired Covino Associates a 40 Person Co pecializing in Industrial Hygene Solutions for Institutional Customers. During the last year or 2 they have made several acquisitions of small boutique typr Companies. I certainly hope this all leads to Happy Days for Investors so far not much bang for the buck!!! Perhaps Happy Days are coming???
