Texas hedge Is spoken in jest - It is a flat out EXTREMLY agresive bullish bet.Hope he Is right.
Very nice move In 8150 tonight on good volume --long overdue.Tomorow should be fun.Cheers.

Concerning Tsem.Somebody bought 1300 March 20 calls for .10 cents while also selling 1300 March 20 puts. The old Texas hedge.Since those strikes had almost 0 open Interst thought you might find that Interesting.Cheers.

When do you think Managment will announce the share collapse formula ? Not holding you to It but curious your best guess. Thanks In advance.Cheers.

Had not looked at Chipbond In a couple of days but did after reading your post.Unbelievable !!! Closed on It's 52 week high on double normal volume.Chippy can not even come within $ 2.00 of It's previous high with nothing but great news.Imagine where we would be If S.J. Was not so " shareholder friendly ".Flat out disgusting. On a positive note, thanks again to Jaret for Tsem.Cheers

I am still offering free steaks for all the old timers but It Is a question Of when.If Tweedle dee and tweedle dum would just announce the share collapse formula I could start planning the party.Tired of watching paint dry.Only saving grace Is a " Quiet Caff " as usually bodes well for the stock.
F.YI. Did something In Chippy I have never done before--- sold naked calls !! ( sold 50 March 25's for .80 cents ).At this point am more then happy to sell 5000 shares of stock at $ 25.80. What's next ? Cats sleeping with dogs !!! Cheers

    One man stroke;
Your first post and quite pathetic.Johnboy has been a long time poster and holder of Chippy with valuable Insight. The mere fact you mention Jebediah/Silly as having " good Information " shows what a tool you are.Hasta la vista baby, you are on Ignore.Cheers.

    Option Expiration Game On

If I thought they were buying the max every day I would be happy but some of these lower volume days when the stock drops 40 to 80 cents makes me think not.Why does this Managment Insist on treating their shareholders like #$%$.The only reason I can see for not updating us on the buyback Is they are not executing. It's not even about the money ( I made 6 figures being short 750 Dec 25 puts last expiration and I''m Angry ) .I,like many long time holders, am overweight this stock and am tired of being held hostage to managements lack of buyback's and collapse of shares.Always waiting for the next " Macro " shoe to drop.We are 3 dollars below our highs and the company has never looked better !!! My kingdom for a hostile takeover bid from a " shareholder friendly" Managment. To all a good weekend.Cheers

I thought the same thing. The Infuriating thing Is I do not think they are buying back 40,000+ shares a day as they should. If some body could explain why they cannot have resting bids below the market I would appreciate It.Why not 23.50 bid for 10,000,23.40 bid for 10,000 and so on.What am I missing ? TIA.Cheers

Called and could not get Seth on the phone-What a surprise ! Was told head analyst would get back to me-Not ! I have over 120,000 shares and I am done being patient.I will reach out to Baupost again If enough large Investors respond they are on board.I do believe that " squeaky will gets the oil ".We need to let this Managment know we are not door mats.Jmho.Cheers

  • sean777007 sean777007 Jan 2, 2015 6:40 PM Flag

Simple answer Is yes.Used to talk with him when he was at DLS.Called one day and was told he had left. Also found out DLS had sold 90% of their position due to loss Of large Institutional client.Reached out to him since via E-Mail and never heard back.I never judge anyone on buying, holding or selling a stock. It's YOUR decision and based on risk tolerance.Saying you " nailed It " knowing your firm was selling over a million shares annoys me.So I will repeat the question-Brian did you sell your personal shares ? It's your right but don't brag about " nailing It ".Cheers

  • sean777007 sean777007 Jan 1, 2015 9:00 PM Flag

Really ? Did the fact your x-employer was going to dump over 1,000,000+ shares on the market at our highs factor into your prediction ? Did you sell your personal shares ? Inquiring minds would like to know. Thanks In advance Brian.Cheers.

This Managment has cost the long time Investors more money then I care to count.I appreciate everything Caff has done but It Is time to become activist Investors with this Managment as they have treated the IMOS holders as #ssholes.Unlike Managment lets get our ducks In a row before they screw Us.Caff should be the guy leading the charge but seems unwilling to do so.No problem.I personally am unwilling to wait till June for their #$%$.Any other P.O. Investors let me know and I will reach out to Baupost again. If just me I will shut up.Cheers

If I knew managment was aggresivly buying back shares I would not even be posting.I know you were around for all the bungled buybacks.Either announce how many shares they have bought back or If you are not doing what the shareholders have mandated give me a SERIOUS divy. They are jagoffs.Happy New Year !!!!

  • sean777007 by sean777007 Dec 31, 2014 4:16 PM Flag

Is If managment has not bought back 40,000+ shares the last 2 days they should never utter " shareholder friendly " again. After the stock races to new highs In the morning there Is no excuse to not be buying as somebody slammed It the rest of the day.Stock action suggest they are not.Really wish for a hostile take over and a managment that would communicate with shareholders. Happy New Year to all.Cheers.

Thanks for the heads up.Shame they could not be ' shareholder friendly ' by telling us when It started and how many shares repurchased like many other company's would. As usual ' Secret Squirrel ' prevails. I remember when Mu and Chippy were In a horse race. So sad. We should be trading at our high's.Cheers.
