Hope you are right but I am In the " no care zone ".
S.J. And his Pos board have destroyed the only worthwhile board worth reading on Yahoo.
His totall lack of ethics has driven great posters like Jaret Wilson off the board.I truly hope His bad Karma gets him In the end.Still anxiously awaiting S.J.'s response about a buyback but my guess Is the lawyers are sunbathing In Bermuda and he can't get ahold of them.Cheers.

Could not agree more but who Is willing to ask some serious long overdue questions on the C.C. ?? I know who Is not and I would myself but I was Given the " Heisman " on C.C.'s a long time ago.Seriously, what do we have to lose by asking them about their total lack of " fiduciary responsibility " ?.They might screw us on the conversion-oop's already done.Give up IMOS controll with no benefit to shareholders-Done also. You get my drift and the list goes on.We should start creating a list of hard questions we want answered and then SEVERAL new participants need to be part of the C.C.Jmho.Cheers

After my last post I thought I saw 4 thumbs up.Suddenly was 0.Could actually care less but then suddenly another 4 up and now back to 0 ??? So Managment has the time to monitor the board and somehow affect ratings but cannot respond to buyback request's ? Are they behind this ? Who know's.Not responding about buyback question-priceless.No more whining on this board unless your willing to ask a Question on the C.C.Cheers

My guess Is they have let their cronies know about another buyback of 8150 shares coming up and announced at the C.C. Never mind that It makes much more sense to be buying back IMOS shares.I have never witnessed a CEO who has worked harder to the detriment of his largest shareholders then S.J. Would love to see someone " man up " and ask him on the C.C. Why a board that own's nothing but 8150 shares Is making decisions that adversely affect the majority shareholders who are IMOS ?? Back to the " no care zone " as no one has the balls to ask the real questions we should be asking.Cheers.

Could not be more disgusted with S.J. And Thieving BOD.Market goes up chippy does nothing, market goes down and we lead the way on pathetic volume.Their lawyers must be working overtime to determine an answer to our buyback Question.Just wish someone would ask them why no " Dutch auction " question on the C.C..But-S.J.'s response would be " We will check with ow lawyers and get back to you vewy soon " I will never understand why Baupost has not sold or taken action.Cheers

We are all big boys here.I am the raging bull considering Exas.I am still long 25,000 shares average price $ 24.00.I have not sold a share and have now bought 25,000 average price $ 7.10. Good chance Tilson will drive It back to previous low's under $ 5.00.If he does I will double my entire position.Cheers

Perhaps you should stick to stocks you think you know.First Exas. They did not fail any trials. The reason the stock got crushed was " the fix was in " Whitney Tilson kept shorting from 13 up to 33.Somehow he knew the Usptf panel would not give cologuard an " A " or " B " rating ( which would have meant under Obama care that ALL private Insurers HAD to cover It ).Funny how that same panel gave the " Fit " test ( which Is part of the cologuard test ) " an " A " rating and the fit test Is only 73% accurate V.S. Cologuard which Is 95 %.
Fact Is I love Exas Managment and believe I will be rewarded In the long run.I could say the same about Himax. The only " sand bagging " has been done by IMOS board and Managment.
If I sound bitter It's because I do not like to be lied to and have a board steal from me.Perhaps If you came grips with the fact they are liars and " hoodwinked you " then you can feel better. What ever happened to " we can vote down any bad deals " ?? Your words not mine.Cheers

I am disgusted that someone would give you a thumbs down on what I consider a well thought out opinion that Is open to discussion. If they really want to protest perhaps the benefits of ever listing on the Taiwan big board should be considered.I think It Is now obvious to all that the Taiwanese Investors knew these guy's were crooks all along.Caff's great argument was " value would be unlocked " once listed.Caff, please list all those positive benefits you said the listing would bring .As far s I can see they have stolen controll of our company while enriching themselves. Please comment on lack of IMOS buyback.Feel free to ask S.J.'s permission before you respond.Cheers

Ditto.I was also buying some longer term 10 dollar calls today. As you know this Is a Highly manipulated stock. Can they take It back to 7 ? I doubt It but If they do I will have a monster position.I believe anything under 8.5 Is a great buy but keep dry powder as this stock never ceases to surprise.Jmho.
P.S. I sold out my entire call position when stock hit 11.90.Only reason was to far to fast and Silly was long the stock.Rather be lucky then good.Cheers

Very funny.Another poster pointed out the Seeking Alpha article by Eric at Dane capital and I would say all long time holders should read.Make sure to read the comments part as some very good back and forth Including a good " Devils advocate " put forth by an Ex long time holder.I do not know " Pelican " but his posts are spot on.Happy Memorial Day to all.Cheers

Which Is exactly why this dumb #$%$ Managment should have a m#$%$ive buyback In place ! Fricking Ground hog day again. God I wish somebody would launch a " hostile takeover " and boot S.J. To the curb.Maybe after the collapse.Cheers

I know you were a long time Investor and am sad to see you go but fully understand why. What started out as a VERY smart message board sharing Intelligent Investment ideas has been reduced to arguments among ourselves about this pathetic lack of action Managment team.Or should I simply be honest and say that #$%$ S.J. ? Hope MU treats you well.Cheers.
