buy $30 calls (LONG 1-2 years out) if/when the stocks gets to $27.

    Sentiment: Hold

  • I love this company but going to buy a couple puts tomorrow morning if she gaps up or fails to go green on the day.

.....I hope next week....so i can short this garbage and some bag holders can recoup some losses. ;)

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Of course any rational investor/trader who isn't doing this with his eyes closed will put all the pieces together.

First, Their balance sheet/financials could NOT get them conventional financing....That's why they did the discounted offering to Mr. Frost! IMO

The $60K the company paid small cap IR to promote their stock, followed by the discount offering.....on top of falling from $13 to $2 for the last year......From a technical standpoint this is FAR from a buy. It smells of desperation.... (Please just look at the 6 month charts of CALI HMNY and FNRG...the same promoters were involved.)

Go ahead call me stupid for not mentioning the drug trails....blah blah blah. Those are months/years away

KEEP IN MIND everyone posting on these message boards have an agenda...myself included. Some people even work for the company itself, touting the stock constantly and bashing the shorts. Some Peeps have been here since the 10's 8's 7's 6's and are desperately trying to get out. I don't blame them I would be looking to recoup some losses if I was suffering over a +%50 loss.

    As for my agenda:
This stock caught my eye when it spiked to $4.00+ on May 26th. (Being a short biased trader I'm looking to short stocks that break above the bbands on the 52 week chart and hold for no more than a day or two). A couple days later i got a bunch of email's from a promoter I follow which led me to initiate a short position in ATNM. I covered later that day for a 30 cent profit and currently have no positions. i truly wish good luck to all traders long or short on this stock but just can't help share my opinion on what happens when the company has to pay promoters so they can sell their shares.

look out for a death spiral....

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

He's not an investor he does financing for distressed companies. I'm sure ATNM approached him and not the other way around because they couldn't get normal financing.

There's 2 things that can happen......

    1. The company will be promoted in the next couple months and he will sell into the promotion at a premium at the same time killing the stock price with his millions of shares.

    2. He'll open a large short position a couple days before he plans on selling. Sell his 2 million shares he already owns in a couple days killing the stock again. While making millions off his short position.

    ....or he could do both....

    Easy money for him.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

    check time stamp before replying.....thanks!

The news this morning was the same as a few days ago....

excerpt from this mornings PR :::
"Among the first 12 patients treated at increasing dose levels, two Actimab-A treated patients achieved complete remission with different degrees of hematological recovery (CRi) and one patient achieved complete remission with incomplete platelet count recovery (CRp), for a combined overall response rate of 25% among all patients and 67% among patients treated at the highest dose level to date. Patients ranged from 68 to 87 years of age, all with high- or intermediate-risk cytogenetics; half of them had prior MDS therapy....(Blah Blah Blah)

"These results generated significant interest and were well received by the oncology experts," said Dr. Joseph Jurcic, the presenter and lead author of the poster and abstract. "Oncologists were particularly excited to see objective responses in patients who already received best available therapy for their prior blood cancer." "

Now here's an excerpt from may 29th's PR ::
"Clinical data from the first three cohorts, totaling 12 patients, will be discussed. Two Actimab-A treated patients achieved complete remission with different degrees of hematological recovery (CRi) and one patient achieved complete remission with incomplete platelet count recovery (CRp), for a combined overall response rate of 25% among all patients and 67% among patients treated at the highest dose level to date. Patients ranged from 68 to 87 years of age, all with high- or intermediate-risk cytogenetics; half of them had prior MD...(Blah Blah Blah)

"We have seen dramatic reductions in bone marrow blasts after just one cycle of low-dose cytarabine and Actimab-A, much more so than would be expected with chemotherapy alone," stated Joseph Jurcic, MD, Director of the Hematologic Malignancies""

As you can see Its the exact same information...they just used a different quote from the Dr.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell
