Yes, I suspect that there was a fair amount of year-end selling - those who didn't sell do not have any immediate need to sell. This stock should move up, possibly up to $12. A lot will depend on the Company's progress to sell out or liquidate. I'm hopeful that they don't try to buy a business just to use the NOLs.
Mr Bear is an angry man who lost a lot of $$$. Yes, liquidation value is what shareholde with receive, but only after remaining management sucks out their end of life compensation. See you bearjew!!
EMCF really hasn't moved as other banks, the markets, etc. in the past 9 months. It was a $20 around the bigging of the year so overall the year has been good. I'm pressuming another 2 cent dividend increase in the first quarter - decline percentage increase, but consistent. Would welcome getting to $1/share dividend, but way too much to ask. As interest rates will rise in the coming couple of years, what can we expect with EMCF?
