Buzz The Bug when are you going to start posting under your other alias RonRunon? I do not want to get confused like you made us on this thread.
Well, .002 came and went quick today. I have time to spare to watch it. The Market Cap is getting down to implying nothing good will happen any time soon. I will take that. As you have said before, there is not that much further for it to go. I buy in small chunks when slides like this happen. No one has said there will not be a filing. They are just making it as good as they can. I will take that all day long. I am not sure about others but I do not think AMIC needs another denial from any federal agency. Do the DD and get paid.
So why did Buzz The Bug get tired of using Paid Basher Ron (Ronrunoff) alias? How does a multi-alias poster decide which alias they will use. Buzz The Bug you have experience with using multiple IDs on YMB, how do you decide which alias you will use.
Why are you using Buzz The Bug now? Poser.
Yeah, when I saw the Caldwell ownership I was a bit surprised. They say it was all planned but I need to find that in the 10q. I am a bit disgusted with myself for missing that.
It is going to drop big before the 28th in my opinion. Some holders are going to try to get clear of the stock before 2 billion authorized. I might look to buy some more on that event. I would literally be gambling on the submittal with that buy. It is kind of a bummer but my core position is large enough in AMIC. I do not need any more capital tied up for the long term with AMIC. That "mouthpiece" is not working very well in my opinion.
I took off that 333k I had bought early September at $.003. I got $.00047 for them. I wanted some dry powder for ADMD as the stock was breaking down pretty bad. I am surprised that they have not re-filed yet with FDA. Missing September has me wondering a bit. Last Friday was nasty. It sure looked like panic and someone chasing the "Ask". I am looking for the low $.002 now. Those who can't wait for refiling and were trying for a trade are going to finish throwing it in. I am looking for a big drop that includes the baby getting thrown out.
I was nervous letting that much stock go, especially if ADMD was just taking a breather but there was no news accompanying the news so I did it. Now I am ready to buy in again with ADMD money but it has to dump.I would not be surprised to see it happen right before news. When that vote goes off I would not be surprised to see news right after that they re-filed. Get the stock going up to issue shares into.
I have not owned a company before like AMIC. They seem extremely scared of keeping potential investors informed. Pretty poor plan in my opinion for a company in need of funds, developing a major cancer treatment method, and whom just got that device patented. Jim K. must be married to the owners daughter or something because I do not know of a firm that would keep such a poor communicator, business developer, around.
Buzz The Bug, are you Paid Basher Ron or is Paid Basher Ron Buzz The Bug?
Who is the dominant personality in your head?
I have not lost any money but you sure did Buzz The Bug.
It is strange that he made a website about RadioGel product. He also posts his E-Mail address? That is really off the wall in my opinion.
What ever happened to Big Paid Basher Runoffron and why is Buzz the Bug impersonating him?
Right on. I simply want to be taking profits as they present in a significant way as they have come for just fleeting moments since authorized was increased. I do not want to hang it all out there for a thumbs up or thumbs down from the FDA. I have only so much money that I put to the stock long and will hold that. About 25% of "fully invested" I trade for profit as it presents itself.
Keepin' the lookout for refiling now. They tell tale sign of Team Ignore's presence I see. Greyed out names. I am surprised that they could interpret at this level. Maybe they cannot and just have the typical ignorant one line responses.
Moto, there is a short term play in my opinion and the longer one dealing with the FDA approval scenario. I am focused right now on the short term play. If you have the "Cheap" shares, you know the .003 shares, then there is one catalyst that I am very happy interested in.
If they resubmit to the FDA in say the next couple weeks, before the vote, then the shares could and should rip. Per the Proxy statement there are over 300 million shares issued now. They are also well over their limit of 500 million shares when options are considered. I am not sure that they will issue more shares before the vote. With great news of a refiling this stock could go on a brief tear through trading that would permit one to trade out for what could be a very tidy profit.
Then the vote to increase the authorized occurs. It will pass. I think you see debt again covered by shares and convertibles come back into play. You hold the dry powder you have now from selling the rip higher. You sell for the profit, then hold for the stock to settle down and even possibly fall a bit as those convertibles and debt are covered. Then the decision to be made is do you buy back lower 60-90 days later, before FDA decision comes, or just wait it out. I would sell on the FDA news even if it was positive because the company has already stated that they want to do this alone. That will take further financing for production and commercialization.
I am in serious sell the news mode short term. First the refiling and then FDA approval if I even buy into that at all. I only sell lots for profit and save myself the opportunity to buy back under low share price circumstances and without any concerns of Wash Sales.
It only works out like this if they can refile before the vote, otherwise all bets are off and it "Might be a long time" as you put it. I will always be holding a core position but I will move several hundred thousands of shares around too. I do play short and long term positions.
(3) The beneficial ownership of Carlton M. Cadwell includes the shares beneficially owned by the Cadwell Trust, as such shares may also be deemed to be beneficially owned by Mr. Cadwell. The beneficial ownership of Mr. Cadwell also includes: (i) 500,000 shares issuable upon exercise of options held by him; (ii) 29,782,119 shares issuable upon conversion of convertible notes held by him with fixed conversion prices; and (iii) 222,689,540 shares issuable upon conversion of a convertible note held by him with a conversion price that is dependent on the market price of the Company’s common stock prior to conversion, which for this purpose has been assumed to convert on September 23, 2014.
(4) Includes 3,870,000 shares issuable upon exercise of options held by Mr. Katzaroff.
(5) Includes 375,000 shares issuable upon exercise of options held by Mr. Clement.
(6) Includes 7,046,666 shares issuable upon exercise of warrants held by Mr. Spivak.
(7) Includes 430,000 shares issuable upon exercise of options held by Mr. Jolliff.
(8) Includes 7,608,696 shares issuable upon exercise of warrants held by Battelle.
How convenient that 222 million shares are assumed converted on September 23rd for Mr. Cadwell. It makes a man wonder why we are even asked to vote? Hillarious in a financially disgusting kind of way.
From the Proxie:
In addition to the corporate purposes discussed above, the authorization of additional capital stock, under certain circumstances, may have an anti-takeover effect, although this is not the intent of the Board of Directors. For example, it may be possible for the Board of Directors to delay or impede a takeover or transfer of control of the Company by causing such additional authorized shares to be issued to holders who might side with the Board of Directors in opposing a takeover bid that the Board of Directors determines is not in the best interests of the Company and our stockholders. The increased authorized capital stock may have the effect of discouraging unsolicited takeover attempts. By potentially discouraging initiation of unsolicited takeover attempts, the increased capital may limit the opportunity for the Company’s stockholders to dispose of their shares at the higher price generally available in takeover attempts or that may be available under a merger proposal. The increased authorized capital stock may have the effect of permitting the Company’s current management, including the current Board of Directors, to retain its position, and place it in a better position to resist changes that stockholders may wish to make if they are dissatisfied with the conduct of the Company’s business. However, the Board of Directors is not aware of any unsolicited takeover attempts regarding the Company, and the Board of Directors did not propose the increase in the Company’s authorized capital stock with the intent that it be utilized as a type of anti-takeover device. The Board of Directors does not presently intend to take any other corporate action that may have the effect of discouraging unsolicited takeover attempts
Do insiders hold a majority anymore?
Sure it will. Even committed shareholders must be looking at this very sideways. There has not been enough "sharing" of information on what is going on with the 200+ shareholders in my opinion. When all you get is a recorded interview, no chance to ask questions in a public/private forum, and increases in authorized shares what the heck are those committed to the success of AMIC supposed to do? It gets tough maintaining a position as a percentage of issued shares without any dialog from the company who is trying to raise funds. They are not even "selling" the virtues of the company with potential investors through statements or marketing. There are a lot of cheap ways to do this, like Radiogel (the poster) set up a small website puting information in one place. Have an open house and BBQ. Investors get hungry and might appreciate seeing a little of the operation. Where is the dialog. Where is the accountability that can be earned by answering real questions, in public, from real relevant investors? This stuff is not hard. Not at all.
Hey, where did Paid Basher Ron go? Why are you impersanating him? He was a total idiot and then you come along when he leaves and post exactly the same way.
The only remote chance this works is if they at least get the refiling in immediately. Even then I do not know. Apparently they are serious about going it alone. Do they even hold enough shares to still have a controlling interest anymore? The insiders have not had enough buys to keep up with the number of shares issued to pay of debt/convertibles. I am hanging on anyways. Technology is patented, time for refiling and get their feedback. I only have the loss on paper, not in the books. I saw CTIC do this in '09 when I was holding 100k shares at $.10 basis and the stock was trading for a nickle. The vote failed and the company was no closer to FDA approval than ADMD. The stock went to $2 before I sold it 6-7 months later. It went to $2.40 before falling from the sky. Of course it was a short squeeze.
If they have companies interested in partnering then I think they should take it. This is BS and seems a bit strange. With an FDA response of approval upon completion of a study then I might get it but they are not even there yet as far as we know. We have progress on the patent, that is it. A conference call discussing this development is now warranted. There are wonderful investors in this business. They deserve comment from AMIC.
Gotcha multi-alias punk Buzzie The Bug. Isn't it time for you to change your alias again and buy a new keyboard? We can see how long it takes to sniff out your rotting carcass, message board ZombieZombie.
