The stock trading volume and move acted like there was a leak but then no news I see. Now that is new to me! They must be close to submitting more info to FDA. I am looking for a conference call or something. I actually think they should announce resubmitting to FDA in conference call format and not through a press release. The shareholders deserve that respect and the ends are the same, the stock will rise in my opinion. Doesn't that seem proper?

Until the submittal I think the stock should walk higher. In my opinion next week will be a snoozer but the SP should still rise a little. There just seems to be little to push the price down significantly as far as AMIC goes. Time for Caldwell, Ratchford and Katzaroff to add to their positions in my opinion!

Good information on reporting of significant share ownership as of current 19SEP14. Looks like as of reporting date today 185K shares issued which is how 9.99% is derived for each firms position as an owner in the shares of ADMD. Anyways, real shareholders of AMIC ADMD might find this interesting and important.

RadioGel I appreciate your position on doing everything possible to make AMIC a successful company but I agree with others here that this particular action needs to be secondary to resubmitting to the FDA. There will be time to pursue infringements of the patent. Is the time and money worth it if the FDA does not approve RadioGel for use? Right now I do not think it is. The point of spending money on a possible patent lawsuit with a product that is not approved for use in the medical community seems like quite wasteful spending.

AMIC can get to that later. The infringment , if it exists, will continue and that would/could add to the damages recovered in a lawsuit. Right now, as far as I know, infringement is not damaging AMIC as they have no commercialization of RadioGel in cancer treatment or for that matter as a great replacement to axel grease. Know what I mean?

It might take money to make money but I do not like the idea of spending any money right now on more lawyers. When in the heck does that refiling happen? I think it is pretty soon in my opinion. I just wonder if the stock will hit my personal buy price to expand my position before it happens. The floor would have to fail and I am expecting that will not happen.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Yeah yeah, heard that one before. Hey, when in the heck are they going to refile? That is what I want to know. I thought it would be any time but here we are ending September and still no news. They have the patent now, no issues, refile the thing! I doubt a trial is needed now, that would be material and they would update. Knowledge of a required trial would be positive news and if I were them I would want as many in the medical device community as possible to know.

The thing is just trading right now and it looks like a floor is in to me. Might soon find out how strong it is though if there is not news on "grow the business" soon.

  • I will not use caps or share with you any emotional status that I am in or have been in with this stock. I am a shareholder and I am building up a core position in the company. I am doing this conservatively based on my current financial status as well as my own personal risk tollerance. I do hold shares. I have watched and researched this company since about 2006/07. I am neither recommending nor discouraging anyone to invest with this company. I have invested in this company because in my opinion the company holds the rights to a medical device that when approved by the FDA will have a positive impact in the medical industry particularly in the treatment of some cancers.

Before you invest any money in this company I strongly recomend that you do just a little homework. Within your favored trading platform go to research and then go to SEC filings. From there you should be able to see an entry for FORM 10Q dated March 31st, 2014. This is their most recent filing with the SEC and is the most current information on where the company stands. While there are a lot of posts on this message board about what is happening day to day with the stock and the company, this is the only reliable view of what is going on with ADMD 10Q.

There has been one recent development with a company called Batelle. This may be viewed on a more recent 8K.

    10Q pages not to miss:
Page 8 - Condition of company
Page 13-21 Convertables, Loans, Options & Warrants
Page 22-28 Products and Future Vision
Page 32 - Liquidity and Capital Resources.

Now if you like numbers there are plenty of those and by all meens review them but the brief bit of information on the pages provided above will provide you with a very good base on this company and should help tremendously for you to identify if this stock fits into your risk profile as well as portfolio as a whole. This is not difficult reading but if you do not understand it then ask a proffesional.

Good investing to all of you!

Not bad, not bad at all.

There is good reason to take on shares of AMIC if you can tolerate the risk. Read page 23-25 of the recently filed 10q. This provides a laymens outline of RadioGel and y-90. That is good information but does not give the whole story.

Do a search on RadioGel and look back several years of news. The device has been developed locally at PNNL by Batelle. You have to do your homework. You will see that RadioGel went through extensive research at the University of Washington Medical Institute, a top notch organization. It was there that the device was found to be very effective in animal studies. It already has been found to work, so now it is up to the FDA to determine what is required of AMIC to demonstrate its efficiencies in humans. That is what we are looking for in the near future. AMIC has recieved many grants, state level, federal level and private organizations like Batelle. They have also been recognized by Seattle Business Magazine, the DOE and the State of Washington.

If you read anyone saying that the RadioGel is a joke and that is why Batelle liscensed it to AMIC then you can go ahead and put the poster on ignore because they have not done their homework, or they are hoping to push the PPS down or the company to fail. A pretty sick stance to take on anything that could help humanity.

Also, do not leave out Y-90 due dilligence either. It is a very special isotope and extensively researched. So in short do that homework. Someone has and now they are spending $100K+ acquiring AMIC shares just this last week or so on the open market.

    Do your homework.

    Thank you Shekels

They are what the Ignore button was made for. Total wastes of time. That also goes for the pumpers here. They are always pumping and talking about buying shares but they never post when they do the buying with trade time, # of shares or PPS. I always doubt they own anything at all. Ignore button for them too. What is astounding is that I have 2 pumpers on Team Ignore but I have 13 lying bashers on Team Ignore. That is almost telling if message boards really meant anything at all.

Shekels I apologize for going off. I do really appreciate your sharing of info. Please do not stop. The few shareholding longs here on this board (there might be only 4 of us) do appreciate the information. If any longs do not then speak up and maybe I will put you on Ignore with Team Ignore.

Have a great night, I will!

    Sentiment: Buy

It was not a bad week at all. Was the stock under fire? In my opinion yes. Yet from where we left off last week and where we leave off this week the stock is but a couple hundredths off. There was great volume too and some buyers did get a good deal but 2.78 million shares traded right between that .0175 and .018. Finish the week at .019, I say pretty good under the circumstances.

Now someone was selling, we do not know who of course. For all we know it could have been Katz' wife who holds a clutch of shares near 6 million. Maybe it was someone else. There are plenty out there with several million shares and we should not expect everyone to hold their stock forever. It is all about the time you want your money to work in ADMD. Everyone's timeline is different. For instance mine is still quite a bit longer. I carry a very low cost average and I must say I have taken profits from time to time to keep that real average low low low. None the less I always hold some for the long haul, usually profits from trades stay in my core.

So what are we waiting for now. I think we are just waiting for an update on what the FDA is looking for in the way of a trial. Is it a trial or tirals? I am sure we will find out. So think about all the shares traded this week and how the stock held up. Yeah, I would say there are new buyers as well as accumulaters out there! The big support is still .018-.019 and it holds up another week. The shart shows it right there now over several months. Every time I buy or any of you other Longs they love to hate buys it makes it that much stronger.

Good week and good weekend to all of you. With the buying interest we have, where would we be without the seller out there in regards to share price? Well sellers come and go and we are at support so hopefully they have gone for a while with the closure of this week and we can get back above .02 come closing next week.

How the game is played....Lesson 1

Also, I put you in with Team Ignore. You appear on the surface to have some idea about working stocks but you were so wrong on this one, as well as biased, that I know your posts will be of no value to me in the future.

I will gobble up some .018 because it will rise within its range over the next few weeks in my opinion. I will make a little money and expand my core position for almost none of my money in my opinion. Good luck bashing the company. I never have understood someone who is negative a stock and not making any money from it. If you are not short or long this this stock, with an actual personal financial invenstment, then you are basicly a complete idiot wasting you time posting here.

Bye bye, enjoy talking to like minds at Team Ignore.

Moto I hate to say it, it is unfortunate, but that is about the only piece of significant information in the 10q. I was not expecting much else. That is bad as well. This quarter, along with any news if released during it, is the big deal. Just like you had said before. You're spot on. Yup, watch the volume and cross proverbial fingers.

  • sensiseattle sensiseattle Sep 8, 2014 7:53 PM Flag

So did the company that pays you to post here make you change your alias from Buzzierbee (aka Buzz the BUG) to Ronrunoff? Did Buzz the Bug get promoted or did Paid Basher Ron get demoted? Do tell do tell. Your company's standards must be really low because you both are horrid posters. You can't even get the CAPS correct.

  • We will not know on this filing with the SEC as volume spiked only recently. I am wondering though if on the report for this quarter (3-4 months away) if there will be any new names on the roll call for significant shareholders. Maybe someone will have to file soon their ownership of a 10% stake. Maybe. Or will they keep it quiet buy holding just under the threshold?

Hey, another solid day! Stock should have closed at .012 Friday but, well, you know what happened. Anyways, today we actually had some follow on buying that was higher. Then the money came in and we were right back where expected; .01-.012. I swear when that buy is put on the stock noses right to it. I am not surprised a bit either. It is deffinately limited on a daily basis in my opinion. Yet, there seems to be a cpuple million shares a day to be bought there almost daily. Days without it and we are looking at retail volume buys and a fraction of the volume. In my opinion it is one buyer. So what I take from this is that is where the big money will take shares. Do not fight that fight of outsmarting the buyer. Buy the range for goodness sakes! Will they take shares all the way through news? Who's to say but someone feels perfectly comfortable building their investment right there. .01+/- , 500 million shares, $5 million market cap. Talk about a sick steal when RadioGel is approved. Someone is absolutely loading up the truck! The good news is it will not remain a secret forever. They will own more shares than Carlton Caldwell himself soon at this rate.

Who will have voting rights that control then?

We should know in just about 3 months. Just maybe sooner.

With this kind of accumulation who could complain. Yes, there are more shares in circulation, and that is dilutive, unless you have a similar conviction about AMIC as this buyer. You buy more shares down here. You put on more risk with this million share a day buyer. Being a true long here I am going to take the positive position on all of this and be pleased that there is this massive buying interest.

    10q shekels. It is out.

  • sensiseattle by sensiseattle Aug 15, 2014 8:50 PM Flag

You are thinking what the heck is Sensiseattle talking about! The stock finished @ .012 or so not counting that joke trade to close the day! So hold on a minute, it was not bad.

We have a confirmed dilution event, no news and a 10q that was about as boring as they come. Well, I still say not bad. A poster here had an enlightening conversation with Da Man Jim K. and he shared it with us. There has been a small change in language regarding a European approval coming before a US approval and evidence that AMIC has been in communication with the FDA. Thank goodness.

All that has a lot of importance but what I thought mattered more than any of that is we are in a dilution event. This week we saw incredibly large buying of shares from .01 to .012. That is really important. Someone is extremely motivated to acquire very significant interest in AMIC. An interest that in just a week amounted to several million shares. That is spectacular. What do they know that we do not, or do they know no more than us but carry a view of that information far more positively than us longs? When we have seen unexplainable volume before it has been followed by strong, although short lived, upside in the share price. Is this time different? It is because the amount of money inflows, not the volume of shares, appears to be far greater. It is the money coming in that is raising eyebrows. What sort of action will we see when an actual news event is shared by AMIC which is positive? I will leave that to your imagination but I will tell you the thought brings a big grin to my face.

This stock had very good reasons to fall right through .01 a share and yet it was held up with a very strong bid in the face of it all. So it was a good week. Enjoy the weekend on it and GO SEAHAWKS!!!!!!!

  • sensiseattle sensiseattle Sep 16, 2014 2:28 AM Flag

Moto, my opinion is that some bought on the volume move only. Some might have been doing some DD and bought in fear when the stock ripped. The shear momentum buyers then dumped....panic along with some others. I hope that some of the folks who were doing that DD have held some stock and now have some conviction to add more to their position. I think I will add more near EOM if the price is not significantly higher. Get my position below a penny. Average down baby with the rest who have done their homework. You and I both see a good two cent stock here before any FDA comments or approvals.

Need to get that resubmittal done.

  • sensiseattle sensiseattle Sep 16, 2014 1:45 PM Flag

Moto, this is not the news I was looking for but still good news none the less. I want to hear that resubmittal to FDA is complete. Maybe a conference call about the news today will include news that the resubmittal has taken place. That would be icing on the half baked cake of today's news.

Traders are fine with me. Volume is great and liquidity of shares is really important. Sure some will trade but I think many will hold and add to their positions because in my opinion there is an awefull lot still to come from AMIC in regards to all the patents they hold now.

  • sensiseattle sensiseattle Sep 17, 2014 1:48 AM Flag

If AMIC's stock will give a consistent 10% a month increase I'll take it. The move will be stronger in my opinion. Hey, be a trader if you need 20% a day!

  • sensiseattle sensiseattle Sep 17, 2014 6:49 PM Flag

Caldwell just put more money into his company. Form 4 is out.

Either Yahoo did it or Buzz The Bug did it but the posts where Buzz got his alias confused with his other alias Ron The Basher. I believe they were somewhere between the 10th & 12th of September. Pathetic.

Buzz The Bug still should answer those split personality questions I had for him.
