    Question about the bid

    by sensiseattle Dec 9, 2014 9:23 PM
sensiseattle sensiseattle Dec 9, 2014 10:15 PM Flag

Would the 900 million share buyer chase the price higher on news? Will any news be held until the 900 million share bid is filled? That would be like capitulation if that bid filled. Is it just a MM game being played?

I have never seen this before but this is only my second/third micro cap rodeo.

    Good thoughtful responses if possible.

The bid at .0001 got up to 900+ million shares today. We know that is almost half of the authorized shares. Who would buy that many shares of a falling knife like ADMD? They would have a majority interest in the company for goodness sakes.

What will you do when you wake up some morning soon and AMIC resubmitted and the share price has jumped to .005 or some ungodly number from .0002?

Who wants nearly half of the companies shares down here?

Nice. How much will fill though? .0001? Only 57 million on the ask!

Oh, position is $21K at basis .0009 now. Small position and low basis. No worries but it sure would be nice to have a reason to add. Although any reason in my opinion would push my position well over my basis and I HATE buying above my basis unless I have a sure shot or a reliable long dividend play on my hands. Looks like at best this will be a wait to next year for a progress report....earnings (or lack thereof). :-)

I like this idea amid the frustrating thoughts in my head. Some fun conspiracy theory here. Here we go.

So AMIC knows that their stock will be among a favorite tax loss selling stock in many portfolios. Just think of the money lost in a short period of time. It can offset many gains in other places.

So AMIC let's the tax loss selling ensue. After all it is just a transfer of wealth. So the volume does go way up and there are buyers waiting. New longs and existing longs who get a better value buying this stock than they can get in an arrangement with AMIC. AMIC does not issue any shares into this selling and buying, they hold their authorized shares. Then in the winter they resubmit RadioGel, have shares to play with and longs get to win a little too. You flush the old faithless and reward. Are insiders buying in the open market too, friends, doctors? At these prices, sure why not? You do not have to report it unless you go hog wild.

Also, why report news or any developments into a tax loss selling blood bath. You get absolutely no bang for your buck!

Anyways, funny musings on a conspiracy theory for the tax loss selling season. Who knows maybe I am right, it is all just an opinion.

    Yuk yuk ha ha.

136,000,000 shares and it's up today

    by dools4u2 Dec 1, 2014 5:25 PM
sensiseattle sensiseattle Dec 8, 2014 7:23 PM Flag

272 million shares traded, now that is a lot. 13.6% of the authorized, not issued, I believe and yet the stock was nearly all bought at .0002. It is also very strange to me. Should have fallen to .0001 where there was a 180 million share ask waiting to fill.

272 million shares still amounts to only $54,400 @ .0002. Not much in the big picture. Hey, the question of whether AMIC is dipping into those authorized shares is answered in my opinion. At this rate they will be gone pretty quick too....

    EXACTLY BUSYBELIEVER!

AMIC must think they can support their company, products and services simply by knocking on doors. We are here already. Investors with all kinds of change rolling around in our pockets to buy stocks with. They need to do updates via press or conference calls.

If that is not possible then I must assume they left the building, chained the doors and lit the fire with us still inside.

    Communicate for gods sake AMIC!

  • I have been a shareholder for a fair amount of time. While I am not heavily invested in ADMD I have kept my investment position up and pressed my cost basis down low. RadioGel is a product that should have its opportunity to be thoroughly reviewed by the FDA and strong consideration for medical use in the proper scenario. Now that is what is frustrating. Battelle created RadioGel as well as applied their own testing. University of Washington has done animal tests with good results. With RadioGel as well as other developments AMIC has been recognized by Seattle Business magazine, the DOE and other professional groups. So with all of this in mind, along with any other data developed, why in the hell can't AMIC get a De Novo or other submittal into the FDA? If that is not the preffered path then where is the submittal for a clinical trial to the FDA for review or approval? If that is not the path then where is the effort with RadioGel in Europe? If that is not preffered then why not a partnership with a major device developer?

These are the questions I have. The questions I am sure many other committed shareholders have. Where is the revised business plan from AMIC or even from Caldwell himself? We are funding this company too. We might be more so than the "financiers" holding these convertibles and other components of business finance.

All my opinion, but it sure seems like at this time they are making a concerted effort to push previous supporters of AMIC out of their positions.

136,000,000 shares and it's up today

In my opinion the answer to the reason for the volume spike is an easy one. They must finally be refiling and the next filing with the SEC will be for that. On that news will the stock move up a thousand percent quickly? Sure, why not? At a penny a share and fully diluted at 2 billion shares the company would only carry a market cap of $20 million. It has traded nearly that high in the past and it was a lot further from any type of FDA approval.

Hey, if there is a take out or partnering then bring it on. All works for a shareholder including insiders in my opinion.

This is not much volume though either when you consider share price and authorized shares.....

    My opnion on ADMD

Hey, I give thanks that AMIC is still around. They haven't quit trying to fulfill their goals in my opinion. They have an option or two to move RadioGel forward. They have raised cash, not necessarily favorably for all, and they will have to continue doing so to get their products to market. They do not appear to be quitting, no one likes a quitter. I have continued to build my position. It was small bites for the last year. I did by $3k of shares recently at .0006 though. That is big for me on such a stock but I obviously still believe there is potential for AMIC. To each his own on opinions.

Happy Thanksgiving longs. I hope AMIC will someday bring many people who are sick many more Thanksgivings with the ones they love.

Moto, speaking of shares and Caldwell. Where are the hundreds of millions of shares that he "all of a sudden" owned when they informed shareholders of the vote to increase the authorized to 2 billion shares? Those are shares granted through the exercise of options or shares held now. If held now how is he reporting them? Anyways, probably does not matter but I am wondering.

When I E-Mailed about the subject I was told that he had them already, but I have never been able to find where that is documented.

    Anyways......

Good luck with your position. Maybe there will be a "Christmas Suprise" from AMIC.

The share price does not always reflect the company. Seen it with big boys like Apple or Starbucks and many other stocks. Nor does the share price always reflect forward expectations. What happens when they accomplish a step on their business plan? Oversold/overbaught, happens everyday on Wall Street. Sometimes more so in some stocks than others.

The company is still there, physically there and functioning. Makes you wonder how decoupled the stock price is from reality. It could be priced far to high or it could be to low. Your call, I am not sharing anything I know about it. Not sharing a thing here with all the degenerates posting on this MB.

When I think it is just to darn cheap and by 5 million more shares and the next day it drops to .0005! All confidence must be gone that AMIC will be pursuing any further approvals for RadioGel under avenues available to them. In my opinion that would seem to be the case. Although there are share buyersbuyers or a buyer....

I do not think it is everyday retail buying. There simply is not enough "chatter" out there.

Nope. No reason. Sell your shares unless you are real long.

  • With the drop in fuel prices, better consumerism through renewed economy will result in significant improvement in localized advertising. I see this having positive results in revenue for CCO. My call might be a bit early but that is the knock knock effect I foresee. All just my opinion. If CCO can hold out on selling Euro properties and rights this same effect should occur a couple years out in Europe as well. They have to tighten up costs and realize higher service fees as well with our growing economy locally.

Stock is what is dead. Doesn't mean the company is dead at all. I may be wrong but I Blane the company's lack of communication for the share price. Could be wrong of course, I do not see any insiders adding millions of shares. It is small change for a million shares so without them buying it is a pretty big problem. Hey, why wouldn't they buy? Maybe bankruptcy is in the cards. Never want to own common in a bankruptcy.

One buyer is me. I picked up 3 million shares on Tuesday. It is crazy adding so many shares to my account for such little money. Although if it goes up much when the submit De novo then the position will be covered quit quickly you know.
