No surprise. Solar and wind have never been profit making unless subsidized by the government. The government cuts back on wasting the tax payers money on green energy and bye bye solar and wind energy companies. We are the wealthiest country so one would wonder how a company could survive on ROW money when US cuts.

We will be waging a long time for a private business to make money in this sector without subsidies. They made nuclear work, maybe too well because it is nearly gone as far as new plants. Pathetic DOE and EPA!

So when RLYP teams with an investment bank how long would it take to get the necessary business info together for review from potential buyers? When would the company really be required to notify shareholders?

    Just wondering. ;-)

Making the money on weak hands and itchy fingers. There must not be enough value in the pharma sectors yet. It won't last forever but may feel like it if Wall Street is playing a "wait and see" game with regards to politics. November is a long way aways and that is only assuming an election matters. We may have to wait if the elected makes any moves towards pricing in any way. That may not be apparent until 2017 or so. Same is true with RLYP, what will become of the competition and what will become for cash flow?

Antonio there is a list of maybes. The list is to long in my opinion.

#$%$? The maybes have developed as all must do. DD is fine and I am happy with my holdings in RLYP. I am still position building.

  • Without news of financing, or an extension for AZN, there is nothing to discuss here but how to trade the stock. Think of how far we have come, all the posts, discussions and rumors yet here we are under $14 with little to nothing left to discuss. Quite a different time when compared to just a month ago.

It is times like these, range bound, low volume, low volatility, in a hush that big things happen positive or negative. Company has gone quiet. Scripts.

I had heard from my solar uncle that they were going to charge some kind of fee for feeding power back into the line. I may have that wrong, but the days of your meter running in reverse were over.

There is also a new law being considered by the States Attorneys General to prosecute and fine entities that speak ill of global warming or challenge it through science. We may no longer be skeptical of the science. Kind of weird considering that science itself is founded on skepticism. In any event the world leader of organized global warming in the United Nations said that when we hit 400ppm of CO2 in the atmosphere it would cause irrevocable damage to earth. Well, we are over that mark and nothing has happened. Science demonstrates that CO2 does not hold radiation in the atmosphere as previously though H2O does that.

Hey, anyways it is all being proven as BS and a money grab. Worry about the oceanic current stopping. If that happens then anearobic bacteria will catch hold and the gasses they release will actually kill everything. That is fact and undisputed.

I own shares. I beleive that RLYP can stand alone with a share price of $40 two years out and I put 30% dilution against that too. So I thought, "Hey, it will certainly pay to wait for this one to grow".

Man oh man was I ever wrong. It has taken me a while to figure this out, possibly a little to long. You see in my company and the one I worked at previously I am a top sales guy. I do not meen that I am really good, I mean I am literally the top guy. Last year I generated revenue of $17 million for my company. So why in the heck should I wait to get paid on this investment? Really, why?

I am going to go work for RLYP. Beleive me I can get a sales job with them AND they will virtually GIVE me the stock that I am currently buying, give me more than I even have now.

I am a little embarrassed about not figuring this out earlier, I have paid way to much money. I could have been paid monthly by RLYP while I waited for $40.

John, I can come work for you for a 5,000 share signing bonus! What ya say John? Oh, you want to give me 10,000 shares? You are to generous John, I will take those shares and sell more " V" than any of the sassy #$%$ you have hired and I will do it in less than 6 months!

They are not waiting for RLYP to go up. If I was them I would wait and see how good John is at gambling and what kind of financing RLYP will seek. Also, ask yourself where a buy out would be today as compared to "back then". I know you buy out a company based on its long term merits but at some point the share price does matter. RLYP would have to rise a good bit to get back to a $46 offer, of course further yet for a $70.

They can gladly wait like the rest of us for May 26.

I think it will be trying to attack $25 as we get close to May 26. Everyone is not going to wait to that date to position build, start a position and/or cover a short position.

So our recent insider purchases, do they come into play as far as how quickly a deal could be completed?

There is still one heck of a large short position to cover.

Lastly, when ZS got taken out, how far did it fall from the rummor price before an acceptable purchase price was accepted from AZ?

At this point is May 25th a deadline date to sell? I wonder how hard acquirers are beating on the door?

My DD had RLYP on their own with 30% dilution at $40 in two years. You put the numbers together and tell me when you are done.

    Right.

Didn't ZS have a sell off between rummor and offer from AZ? I am asking because I really do not know. I can look tonight but thought to ask now. I do not see enough volume to cover much "short" at all so will they hang in there or are we on the first leg up?

IMO RLYP is still a very good buy at the price now. Like right now.
