Yes, you do have to play it! I try to hold profit as shares from larger lots I purchase and sell. I do not mind showing a loss on my position when I know it was profits from purchase. Now if I put $10k cash in and never saw that again I would be #$%$.

Hey, I often forget that someone like you can not see the smile or feel the shoulder jab when I am joking on the MB. It was a joke Busy. The bedwetters are not joking, the do truely hate.

So anyways I will be buying more. It will be for a trade and I will hold profits as shares from it. I am not buying .0006+ though. I can say that for certain. It may run as the 120 day clock winds down. I do think it is a 120 day review. I hope that if FDA asks for any clarifications from AMIC we are informed. I am expecting not to be though. If that did happen it would push out the time clock for FDA decision.

That is my opinion, and I hope I am in the ballpark.....again.

It has not been hard to flip. Just low ball it when volume goes down and the stock is down. Then you have cheap shares. Set a sell order GTC for what you want to make. I do quarters of the position at various % increase in share price with the intent of getting my capital back with 75% of the position. If the last quarter shares do not fill it is fine because my basis is $0 on them now so to speak. I like quarters because usually I do not exit the position too early. Sometimes I cancel the order prematurely if my capital is back in pocket. I just do not move my buys and sells on my trading shares and my core grows a little virtually free as I get my capital I invested out. GTC orders.

At .0002 and through the last 3 "blips" it has worked great. Do not ever buy the stock going up. That is how you get killed like the Bedwetters did. I do not call some bottom, I let the volume generally do that. It would be easier if I had a VIX set up just for AMIC but lately it has been totally unnecessary.

Hey on catalyst, I do not remember where I read it, but the FDA has 120 days on the time clock for the DeNovo decision unless there are clarifications for AMIC to make. So I am watching that date as only news price unless there is a refinancing as I had mentioned earlier. Nothing else going on as far as I know.

You sound a bit touchy. Who was calling out anyone. Can't ask a question here I guess. Maybe you are mad about the full retracement of the 50% gain. U Mad Bro? I get that. That is what this stock does though. You have to trade it to get the cost basis of your core position down. If you look at the charts you will see that it does this almost all the time. It is almost like clockwork as far as timing too. There is no reason for any news to be released at this time so you have to sell the rips. Start adding again .0005-.0006 and do it again.

What happened Busy? You didn't like your post so you removed it. Was it to much info from me about the peculiar moves of this stock and AMIC's debt obligations, and dealing with them? I should keep stuff like that to myself... I know.

Too funny, KABOOM no more. Haha ;-)

Always buy and flip if you can, and are good at it. You can lower you cost basis technically by trading for profits. I trade it while maintaining a core long position.

Busy, one nagging thing for me is obviously the convertibles which must be paid either directly through cash or shares. Speaking of cash, it really is not much and could be paid back with yet another financing deal. If the debt is paid in shares it is a big deal now.

If financing was found to push the debt time clock forward then there could be buying by those, "in the know" as that sort of event may not have to be reported immediately.

On the other hand would an entity walk the shares up on low volume, like yesterday, just to buffet the impacts of the convertible? This is assuming the company is really trying to work with what they've got for AS. They would want to hold out on any increases in shares or splits at least until feedback from FDA.

Anyways, it was unusual price action but the amount of money, the share volume was not great by any meens in my opinion.

It was the biggest comeback in NFL Conference Championship history. We are already in Brady's head. Remember "You Mad Bro"?.... Richard Sherman 2013

They hate us and that is exactly how we like it. The game will be incredibly rough with lots of talk on the field. There will be fights. We beat them by 1 point I think last time at C-Link. This time we will beat them by at least 10 points. ;-)

I am undecided if I am going to the Super Bowl. It is only $2,300 or so a ticket but the timing is a bit sketchy for me. I am talking myself into it right now. BUCKET LIST!

Just got home from the Hawks game! They absolutely blew our minds again and C-Link was crazier than it has ever been! Now that the Hawks have made my football season as perfect as it could be I want to see AMIC do the same in my portfolio. We had a good run there but now they need to pull it back together, like the Seahawks at the end of the 3rd quarter, and put together some strong momentum! Get this stock to $.01!

If the RadioGel functions as demonstrated in studies at UW then the only question left is if the isotope does the job. FDA needs to give AMIC the opportunity to do a human clinical. Partner up and get it done!

Thank you for the article! It demonstrates the problem yet to be solved.

    Debunking a Bedwetter on dilution

Wow, maybe the Bedwetters are starting to do some homework as I see in another thread that they do recognize that some positive news could support the share price (gee, that was a deep thought). Just as I noted above in mid-post. Unfortunately, they still have the $$$dollars$$$$ wrong for the amount of the convertibles are still due. Maybe they should try a calculator or something as the SEC 10Q filing has the numbers they need but there are several months of notes due and no one can see into the future. They do still prefer to throw names around about various officers of AMIC but never reference ever contacting the individuals or knowing the faintest about their professional activities.

Hey, I see progress from the Bedwetters. Maybe at some point they will actually get to the point of not being emotional, calling everyone names and making assumptions that really can't be made with all of the information provided and reviewed. None the less if they want to regurgitate any information from my posts I think it is great, because at least they will not be in the wrong as much.

Congratulations guys, you are not quite as far from reality as you have been for so many years now.

Look for insider buys, financings (debt rollovers) and any/all news. Yahoo can be a bit slow so you may at times have to go on a search for news or even contact AMIC to touch bases but when/if you find any you could be ahead of the curve.

Look for more insider transactions at what I consider pretty depressed ADMD share prices considering the recent news. It would be very telling on their confidence going forward. Of course sells do the same for us longs. I know, I know, they just bought shares but in my opinion that is just an installment considering the value of this stock right now compared to the share price upon an FDA approval or more good news of other sorts. Plus, what about all the insiders like Spivak..?..

    Anyways, look for that!

Hey Bedwetters, just trying to help you save a little face here on your mathematical assumptions. So the info you need is up near the beginning of the SEC 10Q filing AMIC made in November. You can see all of the various notes issued, their schedule and their terms. From there you can start figuring out the numbers as I have done.

I know it is a big report, a bunch of pages and you do not like homework so I am giving you some much needed guidance. Let me know if you have any questions and I will do my best to help. You should really call or E-Mail the company with your questions as I have done in the past. AMIC staff has always been responsive to my questions. Sometimes it takes a week or two but I give them that. After all, like me, they are busy too.

Bedwetters, how is it coming? The info is all in the last 10Q SEC report filed by AMIC. Have a look and think a little about just how wrong you have been about what you have posted here about AMIC.

Hey you guys, I mean Bedwetters, all you have to do is click the tab for SEC filings on the Yahoo summary page for the stock or within your trading platform to find these answers. Just trying to help you out. Looks like you need all you can get. These are not tough questions, really.

Apparently Bedwetters invest through assumptions and not due diligence or homework. Everyone knows that investing in equities based on assumptions is very dangerous. It can cost you a lot of money. Studying SEC filings, talking to the folks at the firm, reviewing insider ownership and reviewing partners backing the firm is how you make an investment decision. Take all that homework to develop solid probabilities, never assume.

I just think the take up is a little slow with the Bedwetters is all. They will figure it out eventually but not before there is much money made and lost. It would not be the first time they were late to the party or should I say game. After all it is all just handicapping in a way.

Read the SEC filings, PRs, Letters of recognition and published articles then make the call. As far as debt goes you can only evaluate the situation as it is occurring. No one's crystal ball is good enough to tell what will happen a month or more from now. No one.

Bedwetters, have you reviewed these SEC filings and straightened yourselves out with regards to the financial obligations upon AMIC? Misstating such facts really reflects poorly on you.

So have you Bedwetters done any homework in the SEC filings yet? Prove my points wrong if so.....you can't!

How about reading below to see if you can learn anything at all. Not a post goes by from you guys that doesn't make you look ever more ignorant. Not one.

Hey Bedwetters! If AMIC was a scam would they get letters of recognition from the DOE, receive grants funded by the state of Washington, be partnered with Washington State University Veterinarian School for the study of applications of RadioGel in animals, be recognized in magazines like Seattle Business and work with several other education programs and Nuclear Laboratories around the country? Would all of that happen for a scam company with a lousy CEO and BOD? I am pretty darn sure the answer is NO. If AMIC is a scam then why did the share price go from .0002 to over .002? You must be saying that the massive volume and share accumulation is happening through a bunch of investors with a bunch of money who have no idea what a scam AMIC is.

I think I have it figured out. You guys are on the wrong side of the investment with regards to ADMD. You are scared to buy, frustrated that you cannot pull the trigger and jealous of investors who got it right. You got it wrong. You have been here long enough that I can see the posts years ago when you were excited about the company, then changed your position on ADMD later (sold your position if you had one) and then began your campaign of BS.

I like homework, researching and reading fine print. I have done that here and have earned the right to name you individually to the Bedwetters. it is just a matter of time before others will have as much fun with you as I do. You guys are so wrong and do not even know it!

    Good times. ;-)
