Why don't you do the math then? And post it over there instead of running to another message board to cry about it?
Nobody here has any idea what you are mumbling about.
Did I say something?
I will agree though, the only news that really matters at this point has a $ before it or possibly the word "partnership" followed by a big name. Other than that, there will be nothing.
They had been selling for several years now. Likely a planned move based on the initial price.
It would be nice to see more transactions at the ask now, but we all know that is likely not going to happen without SERIOUS news.
I would not be surprised if they pull BNF entirely due to advancements with the BNP or the N-Assay. I would think that there might be no need for duplicate products if the BNF does not improve test times significantly. This all depends on the future of BNP of course and if it is possible of obtaining eqivalent times as seen in the salmonella, e. coli etc test times.
It is a shame that is has been so long though.
tell him to send photos. I would love to see actual proof.
Multiple shifts seems to mean full-time production.
Because the internet is the only place that talks back.
On trades of $25 in both directions. What a joke. It seems pretty obvious that there are those who hate this company so much that they are willing to spend a few dollars (tips) to drop the price when possible.
At least any real type of news or movement will not be affected by 200 share trades, but it is still sad to watch these small amounts move such a large percentage of the price.
One lot could be 50 plates or it could be 500,000 depending on the order sizes and demand. I would not expect each of the QA documents to be for the exact same size lot. In theory, as orders ramp up so would production which would likely lead to larger numbers of plates per lot.
In my opinion of course.
yeah that $37 trade at the close really killed it
8/27/2007 - PR:'Mr. Novak will represent NanoLogix as our dedicated intellectual property counsel and manage the expansion and protection of our technologies through patents and other methods. NanoLogix's key asset value is its impressive intellectual property portfolio,' said Vice President of Strategic Partnering, Dana Allen. 'We are pleased to welcome Chris to the Company in this newly- created role.'
3/7/2011 - PR: NanoLogix is pleased to welcome four exceptionally talented individuals to its Science Advisory Board. New members include Dr. Megan Barnhizer, D.V.M.; Dr. Sebastian Faro, M.D., Ph.D.; and Dr. Allan Katz, M.D. and Dr. Gwen R. Acker Wood, Ph.D., J.D. .... Gwen R. Acker Wood is a U.S. and foreign patent attorney, who brings a wealth of medical, biotechnology and life sciences patent experience to NanoLogix. Dr. Wood handles patent filings for NanoLogix through her firm, Acker Wood IP Law.
The case is a breach of contract case according to the docket info. This appears to be over whether Mr. Novak's contract was terminated improperly. Strange that it has taken this long for him to file though. Maybe he is a little bitter at the company's current development.
Aug 27, 2007. Not recent. I would imagine this has something to do with Acker Wood handling the IP at this point. Perhaps Mr. Novak thinks he was the one in charge of that.
It seems that this has taken a while to come up, so I would not be surprised if the case has no merit at this point. Just bitterness like Sergio
It seems that this info is more important than the two conferences. Do they pay by the word or something?
Perhaps there will be more PRs with details on the projects once the terms are disclosed to the public.
Some of those things seemed like they would be more interesting to the investment community than the conferences.
I will say that your tone has slightly changed to a more positive one as of late. Perhaps you are feeling a bit warmer towards NNLX.
We will see how long that lasts though...
Why do you say "we"? You have no part of this company, you are the opposite of "we". A basher. Someone who hopes to see failure and tries to promote it with every post here.
You are not included in the "we" of the company who actually hold shares and wish to see success.
Still a lot of "secret" deals though. I would just love to see the details of one of them. Of course, maybe they will end up being huge if we don't find out right away too.
Lots of good new information anyway though!
There is a quality document for the BNP Middlebrook product on the page now. This was the BNP which was used for the studies with TB which were (in the opinion of most here) very important. The fact that they now list this as one of the quality documents would make you think that they have produced and shipped some of this product to a (hopefully paying) customer.
I am interested in the "Chocolate" one that is listed too. Anybody have ideas on that?
So you are actively defending all the good christian hispanics who overstayed their visas like this family did?
I scream HYPOCRITE, not racist.
Nothing says "lack of thinking" more than applying differnet sets of logic to a situation depending on personal feelings.
As long as they are white, let 'em stay!
There are plenty of hispanic catholic home-schooled kids here too, but they don't pass the color test, so they should not get any special treatment like these good ol' white Germans! Why should they have to follow the same immigration rules that the brownies do???
I dont pump. I am just sitting patiently waiting for this to move one way or another.
I am just pointing out that this whole messageboard is nothing more than a few bashers who come here to post the same negative comments, then agree with each other over and over again and pretend like they said something new and informative.
I am still not sure why people who have nothing to do with a company pay so much attention to it.
nnlx, where bashers come to make out with one another
