What really doesn't make sense is you being here...IF you really believe what you post.

It is a big contradiction. You are here for a reason.

So, why use a misleading title like that?
It makes me not give a flip about what you think or say.

Your argument sounds plausible until you think about the FACT that this management you mention has bought huge numbers of shares recently.

    Corporate Strategy
On the website there is the complete plan for 2015. how many wells drilled and where. It is dated 12-15-14
    Here is the 1st paragraph.
In recent weeks, oil prices have dropped to five year lows, recently hitting US$55.91/bbl (WTI), a 48% drop from the peak price earlier this year. At Lightstream, we are managing our business on the basis that we could be operating in this low price environment for an extended period of time. Our goal is the preservation of our long-term value by maintaining our inventory of opportunities and our financial viability. Lightstream's extensive drilling inventory is characterized by wells which exhibit high initial oil production rates (coupled with high initial decline rates) that typically have generated rapid capital return, followed by a long life, low rate, low decline production profile. On average, our new wells produce up to 30% of their ultimate reserves during the first 12 months on-stream. We are seeking to preserve this initial economic value until we are in an environment with higher oil prices and/or lower capital costs. With this perspective in mind, our strategy for 2015 is to adopt a conservative capital and dividend program with the objective of ensuring that our expenditures will be funded through cash flow, without an increase in debt levels. In addition, we also have a strategy to monetize, at an appropriate valuation, all or part of our Bakken business unit in the next 24 months. If achieved, we would unlock unrecognized value and significantly restructure our balance sheet.

... in my opinion is tax selling.

I continue to hold my shares...I am stubborn.
The news that came out boosted the stock. To me, it gave me more confidence about the company.
The volumes are low here and any selling puts pressure on the share piece. There is not any pressing event to cause people to feel they must buy now and not wait.
The projects are taking too long and they have too many going at once. It amazes me they can even manage the company with so many projects.

NEW YORK (MarkeWatch)—The Libyan National Oil Company said on Sunday that the oil ports of As Sidra and Ras Lanuf have stopped operating because of fighting, according to media reports.
Militias from the city of Misurata attempted to seize control of oil facilities in the country’s east, and the ensuing conflict involved airstrikes by Libyan Air Force.
Libya declared force majeure on both ports, which protects them against claims from oil buyers for losses from the disruption. The latest skirmishes and closure of the oil terminals, which account for about 300,000 barrels of oil exports daily, are likely to add to further volatility in oil prices.

You could vote "no" on a merger or buyout.

If it was a bad deal, it would fail I would hope.
We are just speculating about the cause of the larger may be nothing.

How many engineers does it take to design and build an electric car with all the components and safety requirements?
Each part has to be designed, then made, then tested with schematics and documentation. All put together and tested.
    Is 5 employees enough?

Several odd things I wondered about when I looked at AJGH.
How does a company with 5 employees design an electric car?
It would take many more than that just to check all the safety requirements

Also, they say the are setting up a solar warehouse in up and coming downtown NY
I would say downtown NY is up and coming...highest space per sq foot in the world, just passed Hong Kong.
Does that sound odd to anyone else.

Most likely this is a pump and dump
A lot of volume say it is. Some big blockholders are selling

has begun development on a new United States-sanctioned solar warehouse that will be built in the up-and-coming area of Downtown, NY.

I thought downtown NYC is fully developed.
Seems odd, that is the most expensive real estate in the world, Odd place for a warehouse. does anyone have an address?

    Very suspect to me.

They can repurchase up to 10% of the float...but daily they can purchase the averge daily volume over the last 6 months....
Lightstream will not purchase more than its average daily trading volume over the previous six months, being 234,384 Shares (other than under a block purchase.)
