Yes, he has been seeing something for about 5 years.
Can't fool him. How many millions is he down?

...that at least three shareholders here have said they have no problem with TMEN not filing their 10Q.
    I see numerous problems.

1)They will go on the pink sheets and a market maker will be required to file a form (211, I think) and pay a fee to even allow trading the stock.
    2) How will you know what is going on with the company without filing requirements, they waited two months to tell about the finance deal, they are not PR friendly
    3) You won't even know what service/repair money came in
    4) A non-filing company has fewer possible lenders to fund them
5)They could have filed the 10Q with minimal effort...take the last one and change a few numbers.

If they don't inform the shareholders about a loan(2 months ago) that kept the lights on, or the reduction of staff can you expect any information from them?

They $240,000 loan was about two months ago and is now past due.

That money must be gone far would $240,00 go?

I answered your questions with no insults or name calling.
I used the best knowledge I had at disposal.

I am stumped about the $240,000
The only thing I can come up with is that TMEN asked Trump and Empire for enough money to keep the lights on for a few months to see if certain deals would be signed.

If deals are signed, much more money would be needed to build out any units. I calculate they would need $14 million for sustainability allow with continuing contracts. Since Fracgen is not suitable for fracing I find that problematic. The expense of distilled water is not needed for fracing.

Why do you doubt the five employee number?
In the filing about the loan they said they had reduced staffing.

They cut the dividend from .03333 a month...or 10 cents a quarter down to 3 cents total, only paying quarterly.

40 cents a year down to 12 cents a year

I say that the problem with TMEN in not signing deals is the techs are not suitable. Distilled water is beyond what is needed for fracing and it is too expensive.

investorchicago_66_upa says the problem is time. That new techs require time to be accepted. The demo way over a year ago. Does it take more than a year?
He does not say how long...just more time. What is an oil company doing during that year? Are they thinking about the techs every day? Are they looking for other techs to compare with it? A few million to a large oil company is not much. I can not see them waiting because of the cost, can you?

Can any one tell me what the oil companies are doing during this time that investorchicago_66_upa says that it takes time...time to do what?

    That is a fair question.

I doubt there will be any answers...that takes thought.

It took thought to pose this question...can anyone here think of a takes this much time?

Oh, you are wrong on that last point!
    They must be ignored.

You can not reason with them. "They" are unreasonable.

If you notice, they will go to great lengths to get a response.
That is how they try and maintain credibility.

That is why all the IDs to make it look as if there is a group in agreement.

"IGNORE" is they only way to deal with "them", IMO
After I posted about ignoring "them" They have stalked me on other boards and posted personal attacks here. that shows that "they" do not want to be ignored.

    Think about it.
If no one ever responded to "them" Eventually the board would change.

  • investorchicago_66_upa,
I do not need to be over on the CCTC board. You are over there to bash.

I am needed here for the same reason you post over thereat CCTC.

I had not posted for a week here. Then, tmen_arp_zebs posted a personal attack against me.

Tell me what injustice I have done here?

    Have I called names?
    have I lied?
    Have I even been wrong?

I do understand TMEN's business and their techs.
I have been here posting longer than anyone with a current ID.

I have been posting here since 2004 or 2005

I am not a late comer here, attacking a sinking ship.

I have talked about this company for years. I have posted news and articles and found valuable information. It is not my fault that TMEN can not do business.
I have not cost anyone money...TMEN has.

I could have saved people money. It is not like you can't buy back in at a later date.

I have stated my opinion on the techs
I have stated what Mr. Wood said
I have stated what the chief engineer said.

All three agree the techs are not needed in the oil field.

  • shiftsuper175607 shiftsuper175607 Sep 15, 2014 4:16 PM Flag

    You just don't get it.
God himself could say that the oil companies must recycle and reuse their frac water and it would not help TMEN.

Distilled water is not needed for fracing and the reject rate is too high. That is very inefficient. they require too much electricity, manpower and operating personnel.

SWTS saw that TMEN's tech were not viable and went out and found useable techs.
All the big companies have their own techs to use and to sell to others.

Remember the 10-24 week lead time Who will wait for that? Now, they have no workers.

I can not understand what you are seeing here.

You are border-line delusional about this company.

They took a unit and slapped a slick name
"Fracgen" took it out in the oil field and made bottled water.

Then you, somehow think the company has something viable.
They do not. Bottled water is not needed to frac wells.

  • shiftsuper175607 shiftsuper175607 Sep 15, 2014 1:13 PM Flag

It has been two years. How long would you say it takes?
I say the techs are not suitable for fracing.

You do not need the expense of distilled water to frac wells. Then there is still a 30-40% reject rate...that is very inefficient.

Do you think the techs viable in the oil business?

It is not a "time" problem, it is a "tech" problem.

Independently audited (for about the third time) and verified to the extent of meeting the Nasdaq requirements and satisfying them.

The accusation was made in the past, as today that SPU cash balances are not real.

Sky People Fruit Juice, Inc. Provides Supplementary Information of its Fiscal Year End 2011 Cash Balances

XI'AN, China, April 20, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPU) ("SkyPeople" or "the Company"), a producer of fruit juice concentrates, fruit beverages and other fruit-related products, today provided supplementary information regarding the Company's cash balances as of its 2011 fiscal year end .In response to a Nasdaq cash verification request, the Company's independent registered public accounting firm (the "Audit Firm"), Paritz & Company, P.A. ("Paritz"), from January 5 to January 9, 2012, independently verified the Company's cash balances held in financial institutions in China in which the Company and its subsidiaries maintain bank accounts (the "Accounts"). "Independently verified" means that an audit firm visited in person each of the institutions and physically observed bank employees printing or otherwise preparing or completing documentation which substantiated the cash balance for the Accounts. It does not mean that an audit firm relied solely on documentation completed and returned by bank personnel by mail or facsimile.
Based on the Audit Firm's independent verification, the verified cash balances of the Accounts in aggregate represent substantially all of the cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash amounts as stated in the Company's 2011 financial statements as reported in the Company's recent 10-K filing. Paritz had reported its findings and the procedures it employed to the Nasdaq on January 25, 2012. On April 19, 2012, the Company was informed that Nasdaq has reviewed the cash balance submitted and has no further comments.
"At a time when there is speculation as to the credibility of certain Chinese companies, SkyPeople investors
can be reassured that our cash balances have been independently verified.

    I buy for long term
I only have about 19,000 shares, so it is not a huge position.

The dividend is very nice and pays me to wait.

    You say what you said...yet

You are here...that is a contradiction.

    I see a trade of 300,000 at .0059
    another 76,000 at .0044
Those look to be both at market on the bid and ask based on what I saw on level 2
    Then, 20,000 at .005
    16,000 at .005
    Can't tell anything about them.
As far as who or why...that would be speculation on my part.
There have been other days lately with large trades also.
I doubt this helps you, but I tried, just incase.

What have you ever posted on this board that educated the readers.
I have done such many times.

I see as always...the person who attacked me, did not reply. Then, you jump in.

It is just your opinion about my contributions...I know what I know and what I have posted.

Put me on ignore...You won't because I post the truth and knowledge. it may be hard to stomach, but you should have listened.

I could have saved you money.

I have never cost you a penny.

I never say that I know everything...that must be your perception. Thanks
Of course, you have every right to correct anything I post that is incorrect.

You don't because it is correct. Do you think I have more education an experience in the industries that TMEN is interested in? You bet I do! Have I been correct in my assessments? Yes

I have contributed many times to the board with many facts about this company and fracing.
You should buy TMEN when they have 1 cent in EPS.

I revealed what Mr. Wood said in the CC in May 2013
I showed what the Chief Engineer said about the techs in his study. I have often been the first to post the latest news and PRs.

Now, what again have you ever posted?
Pot calling Kettle.... that is you.
