somebody is buying the shares that barnard's dumping...next stop 30 cents? (followed by a lousy QR and a class action?)

in addition to the delisting 'deadline' of June 15, the company has the right to appeal the decision. during the appeal process the stock would still be listed. question to board: CPAH has completely failed to capitalize on any of the advantages of being listed. doesn't appear that a reverse split would help at all (just like the first time). what would compel this flailing no growth company to feel it 'needs' to be listed?

agree...barnard has been pumping CPAH for many years...at one point, if I recall, claiming that the stock would soon be worth somewhere in the 34 - 36 range (that's dollars, not cents). he revised that a couple of years later predicting a $10 price for the stock. he also wrote the article titled 'takeover target' which was immediately followed by a steep selloff (I'm sure that was pure coincidence, not a pump and dump, right?) we'll all be better served when barnard sells the remainder of his shares and rates the company a strong sell.

in the past the company has issued a PR or two within a few weeks of a QR (seemingly to cushion the blow of consistently bad revs/earnings)....something feels different this time (not saying necessarily better, just different)...the barrage of PRs issued by the company over the last 2 months leads me to believe that this QR is either going to be particularly sickening (2.2M rev) or DJ is actually going go present some sort of guidance for their neglected shareholders. (I choked a little when I wrote that last part). anyone have any thoughts/insight on the near term direction of this industry?
