Couple of thoughts on weakness.
Every time congressional democrats look at changing tax code (new ways to steal money from the people) MLPs seem to go down. Most MLPs seem to be taking a hit past couple of days. Once the dust clears in congress, MLPs should rebound.
Another possibility is that fed tapering may be close on the horizon. Anything that pays a dividend might be affected. The upcoming release of Fed meeting minutes should resolve that issue for the near term.
"I intend to speak in support of defunding Obamacare until I am no longer able to stand"
One thing for sure. He provides a voice for middle class Americans.
Looking over Mr Bowden's buy/sell record, looks like he gets awarded a few thousand shares and then sells them off slowly.
If CI was trying to sell Nuance to Cook, I don't think there would be any reason for CI to pump the stock price. That would cause Cook to have to pay more.
Right, I have had mine in Scottrade for several years too. For me, last distribution had 15% taken out.
Probably different people have different taxing situations... I dunno
Did you notice that there is a "Information for payers and non-resident payees" section of the FAQs?
Yes, it all looks pretty complicated / messy.
LOL, I've heard CI say he likes to do simple deals. Deals where you can outline the whole thing on a * dinner napkin *.
Just to check we are on the same page...
I downloaded file "nr302-10e.pdf" from Canada Revenue Agency web page. That pdf has worksheets A and B on them. Have you seen this?
Also, have you seen the "More information on Forms NR301, NR302 and NR303" ? This web page has a long list of FAQs.
If you do some long term (100+ year) investigation you will see that there is a very long economic cycle. Roughly, a cycle of ~20 years of growth followed by ~18 years of, essentially, no growth. With that, this long term economic no growth cycle should end in the 2015 to 2017 range.
LOL, IMHO about the time Obama gets out of office and Obama care is repealed.
Both of you have me beat. I bought both SSFT and NUAN in May of 2003. As of today it, the combined, is up some 258% since then.
As a reference, I might also mention that I bought FOSL at roughly the same time. As of today it is up some 660%.
Have to agree. Seems like NUAN / SSFT should be doing *way* better than FOSL.
Yep. I've accumulated my position in the past couple of months. Looks to be good timing so far.
May fall off again when Fed Chairman dials back money printing 15 B in a month or a few.
The democrat controlled House (Tip ONeil) spent money they didn't have and are the ones directly responsible. It is silly and stupid to think Ronald Reagan wanted such a debit.
If you figure a way to refute my assertion, post back.
While on the other hand, Barrack Hussein Obama couldn't give a wrats sasse about the debt he burdens our children with. F him.
