Corruption is rampant in this government. IRS and FDA are two agencies that need a complete flush from the top down. Unfortunately, corruption breeds corruption so the government just gets more brazen in their immoral actions. When nobody does anything about it, corruption becomes the norm. That's where we're at. People are angry about all of this but they don't know what to do. When everyone is protesting and nothing happens it discredits the protest... it's just white noise.
actually it was Yahoo who said adios to them. either way...good riddance. they were just a mouth piece for shorts most of the time. Glad i won't have to see QTR headlined on yahoo.
AF is told what to write and when to write it by the powerful elites. He doesn't move the market. The MM's move price while they have AF and other publication puppets direct retail investors and traders to buy and sell into their manipulative price action.
haha...you're forgetting that i know your MO. Your lies don't intimidate me. I think of you as a small insect.
Let me get this straight, in your little fantasy I get taken to court where I have to stand by the history as shortfishfry, and you get to stand by your 50+ aliases with names like everythingbuttcheese, burnalltheliars, holylandsinhell, screaminghandjob, eatmyrailroadspike, etc? We get to see the insect behind a full detailed history of malicious lies, board harassment, personal attacks, sick sexual innuendo, etc?
Great!!! Save me the time. I'll see you there! Be sure to bring your friends and family. I'm sure they'll be proud. :)
Lil' Troll - I see you're back and adding new aliases to the subpoena list. Where have you been? Were you in prison?
Covduo - i think stubborn politics were certainly part of the issue. i suspect the waters were sour between JZ and GSK so it could be that JZ closed the door on them. But money talks, so if they wanted to buy it they could have. Apparently they couldn't make the numbers work to justify the deal. And that's where I think they made a mistake. I have been tracking L scripts for more than a year watching them lose what appears to be $500M per year in revenue...and generics are just getting started. I don't see why they couldn't have converted all $1B+ in revs to V marketing it as an improved Lovaza. FDA would have granted Anchor to GSK so it would have done more than protect the $500M in annual revs they have already lost. It would expanded into Anchor to generate multiple billions. And, with Reduce-it they would ride the winds of the statin market to unheard of revenue potential. It's quite mind boggling to me that they are willing to let this opportunity go.
Left a big "hang man" on the daily candlestick chart. Technically speaking it looks like the next stop is $44 per share . If they fail to pick up a potential block buster like Vascepa to make up for losses to generic Lovaza they may drop into the $30's. The fact they haven't bought AMRN is evidence of pisz poor mgt. There is no other company in a position to exploded out of the gates with Vascepa. They could have converted every L patient and more. Dumb dumb dumb
The vibrant discussion community migrated to ST and IH ub. Yahoo is a ghost town because they refuse to police the site, and in fact seem to have a revenue stream from the entities that pay bashers.
Sorry to disappoint the board "Eeyore" but we're not exactly seeing a 'brutal' sell off. For now we're just channeling until we get some real news. Annualized sales to market cap multiple seems to have a sweet spot between 5.5-6.5. I doubt we'll see any significant buying above that multiple until we see a positive catalyst like: SPA reinstated, Anchor granted, NCE or patent litigation win, viable buyout rumor, positive Reduce-IT interim results, exponential sales increase, etc. So, if we maintain that multiple channel and continue growing scripts slowly but surely we'll end the year with pps around $2.2. Worth sticking around IMO :)
Yes! I always sell a little after major runs and i buy a little after big drops. Timing is never perfect but if patient a buy on days like these usually result in a profit down the road. I already have too much AMRN but I did buy a nice chunk of ARRY at $4.06 after selling out of it during a nice run last week.
AMRN actually holding up better than most i have on my screen. Ouch!
Thank you Keystone. Very much appreciated. If not too much trouble could you also provide the Omega-3 Acid Ethyl Esters ("O3EE") Total so we can track growth of Generic L?
The "Statinistas" (as JL from iHub calls them) couldn't let information float out there for the public to see. The public must remain blind as they march toward an early death.
When this goes to court the lawyers need to subpoena member data from Aetna, UnitedHealth, Cigna et al.... They would remove PHI (protected health info) like member names, address, etc. They just need raw count of members with lipid profiles , meds prescribed, and end points (CVE's and deaths).
Specific individuals at the FDA and certain doctors who are lobbyists for BP should be held accountable for the criminal efforts to suppress a safe new effective drug that is supported by a tsunami of new scientific evidence. I would like to see some people go to prison after the death impact analysis is published.
