    1. missing point nok has no customer focus, ant such biz is doomed to fail
    2. sam will still have supper majority of smart phone mkt, which will include most present feature phone mkt
    3. and sam will have their own os which will be android compatitable
    4. is destined to exit the handset biz with a big write off that will cause the shares to tank and set up to be take under by a patent troll.

  • tim seems to think a 35% tax rate is too high. Ok what if we finally got real with communist china and ended the tax holiday and set a 50% tax rate that would make the 35% rate look to use tim's words "...more reasonable". The commies have caused this depression by stealing jobs not buying western goods, and blocking mkt access to
western products they have earned a 50% tax rate.

It doesn't make sense, just like the tv ads don't the designs and build quality are brain dead and junk.

Anyone with any connection with reality can see that 1) loseria has failed in na, 2) In China they're not
in the top 5 sellers as local suppliers will dominate over time, 3) Asha is failing to stop a steep sales decline,
and 4) mgt has zero customer focus the world has spoken we don't want evilware anything might consider
an android device if it had something unique like a real keyboard = nok is failing in handsets and will have
to exit the mkt within a year as sam will get more share.

    Sentiment: Sell

  • Everyone has seen the failed attempt at humor (trying for sam's pokes at aapl which are a copy of aapl's pokes at the evil empire) tv ads where some wedding is in an up roar over the majority user's better features when
compared to loseria's failed evilware phones. Really it's a commercial saying buy the other vendors' wares as
we got nothing and we're tied to jabba of redmond so there's no software for our evilware phone and you wouldn't buy it anyway as all had bad experiences with the evil empire so you wouldn't touch it with a 10' poll.

The ad doesn't mention one feature a consumer would be interested in when considering buying a new phone
unlike the sam ad's of the next big thing is here ads. This nails down the point why nok is doomed they don't have one person on staff that has a customer focus, understands the customer, and can deliver a message
that a customer should do business with nok. The bod would have done a better job hiring my mechanic shop's
manager at least he gets it "your satisfaction our #1 goal". After 13 years as a nok customer I come away with
that kind of thinking gets you fired at nok.

friends don't let friends buy evilware phones that wil be orphaned in a yr just like the loseria 900.
Just wait till the phones start to break like the brain dead design to power the e7 that starts to
break down within less the one year of use. Once they cop on to nok will not fix their device
(which they have done on a number of handsets) and if they're lucky will swap it out but then the
backup software will not transfer those photos to the swapped device, effectively losing them
that will be the last nokia anything they will ever buy. Hopefully my phone guy in Chinatown
can fix my e7, Of course nok won't sell 3rd party guys the spares they need to do a same day
repair. Demanding you go the Soviet route of a central repair facility that won't fix the phone
if you bought it outside that nation's facility (so good luck getting a repair on a foreign biz trip)
nor if you send it back for repair to purchased country's repair facility if you're not from/living
in that nation. And dealing with those rude aholes in customer service in Manila will totally
convince you never to buy a nokia anythign ever again. I guess this is what you get living
under socialism and next to the Soviet Union for decades kinda rubs off.

it won't work out there's next to no software and nok has the worst customer service around you'll be lucky
to find anyone to fix it which it will fail inside a few months. Once nok exits the handset mkt it will be a rough
2nd yr of that contract as you'll owe an orphaned products. just ask any e7 owner.

let see if your little brain can comprehend some simple math,,,
let's say aapl's outstanding float is worth 500B so they buy back shares instead of using that money
to invest in a new product that would have a present value of 200B so that would make the stock
worth more say 600B but not the stock sees that 1) cash is less -100B and 2) cash flow is less so is pv
(400B before now 300B) you end with 1/5 th less stock outstanding but the mkt still see the reduced
value of 300B is 40% off the value of the company so you end up with a lower share price despite
a big share buy back. They almost never work out for shareholders as taking money out of the company's
cash that is 100% certain not to increase cash flow will lower the value of the firm by at least the amount
of the buy back. It's better to pay it out in divs as that way every shareholder gets the same value
not just those selling lucky enough to sell when the punters are buying for a flip on the announced
buy back. In aapl's case it's worse as they are borrowing the money so net net it's less on the balance
sheet and npv as you have to reduce the bond interest payments, and it still risks that congress
might pass tax laws that will say pay it out in divs or pay what the tax would have been 32B.
Then you get you don't have enough cash to pay the divs/taxes and fund projects but still have
to be pay on the bonds which is still about another -20B in npv.

This is why the SEC should ban share buy backs it was invented as the utlmate tax dodge by failed mgrs
that back date the stock options announce the buy back and sell the excerised shares at 15% tax not
the 39.9 rate of executive salary would hit.

  • Of course not Cluess Nutjobs Network's fried zuchini like he would ever says anything bad about
the land of low hanging stink.

Of course the coliar's are trying big time to bribe the media not to cover the fact that coliar's are
responsible for hacking the credit card processor as consumer would start demanding that their
data be immediate from stinky land and any coliars.

Shorts this story won't die, it's too big a heist and it will discredit the whole coliar sourcing industry.

Dev world techs this is a giant gift, time to start pressuring congress to enact the call center choice act with
an enchancement to give consumers the option to demand that their data stay in the developed world
with no coliar access. Start rating out every mistake maybe by a coliar an use the "I'm very concerned
we might me the next Encase. Really who knows what rajit is saying and to whom, like why it's not
    speaking English. very suspect."

no jabba of redmond that keeps making dumb decisions like removing start button to tick off more consumers
that run to android where having a conversation with a lying idot that keeps asking you for license key code
never happens, nor does the os crash and you're told just reboot.

As long as jabba keeps jerking elop's chain to make more loseria phones that no one wants as all the software is
on ios or android nok will lose money on phones that will push share prices down making for nice profits for shorts.

    Sentiment: Sell

  • Basically this is att saying we got stuck with a ton of loseria phones no one wants just like last year's loseria probuct bomb so nok has to eat any rev on selling the phone. though at $0 it's more like a gift. What's next get $100 gift card if you buy a loseria?

Even the latest distraction of loseria 28 at $100 shows little rev to nok. it's almost as if they are dumping these
loseria phones just so the evil empire gets it's cut.

The low cost phones sank the last ceo that bet big on the 3rd world and lost high margin developed world
customers. Why would the bod think it will win with an os and vendor the world loves to hate? Nok does
even register in the top 15 devices in communist china, and rev is off there by 70%, so asha losing big.
When will the bod wake up and fire elop? At least get someone that will do an android phone hopefully
with a big size, keyboard, dual sims, and a super mega pix camera.

nok on plan to totally exit the phone biz by next yr, and then be a take under target for some patent troll.

no, elop still takes his orders from the jabba of redmond and the trolls around that have demanded no competition for a tablet running the 8th failed attempt of an evil empire os.
This along with the fact that it tough even for sam tablets why the free china oem's have
passed on the idea. If nok made a evilware tablet it would just be doubling down on a bet
that the public clearly doesn't want.

  • Just so not to look prejudge all student visa holders now have to 2ns 2 hr check on crossing as a result
of boston bombing. So someone from Canada attending UW has to go through this nonesense just because
the ugilest man in America janet napo can't seem to not be pc.

Meanwhile further south at seatac the evil empire is streaming filthy smelly tech retarding backward idol
worshiping west hating obl loving coliars by the plane load, despite the fact the gov admits at least a qtr
of them have committed visa fraud.

So ugly get a clue stop hassling nationals helping in the war on terror and start stopping an anti coliar
fraud program where experts in field would grill the colair on entry in a 2nd anti fraud check something
    like:

Expert: You claim to be a db expert
Rajit: yes saab, from long back
Expert: writing note F in English skills....
Can you explain the concept of materialized views, and how to setup and use them in a db?
Rajit: I think you funny saab, trying to trick me, you mean material girl like Madonna
Expert: writing note failed to answer question:

Dice: Rajit you're being removed for lying to the visa officer

Of course we would need to shield the expert and officer from whatever ab resistant germs the smelly
    has

Now that's what we need at the boarder to stop coliar visa fraud and to protect workers.

Now for all those who this has got their dot or turban out of shape I had a very similar conversation
    with a coliarsys smelly

1st off stock buy backs have only a small fleeting effect on share prices as it has a negative
effect on cash flow / earnings.

Yeah like ignoring the shorts over the past 9 months was the path to profit or was it the shorts that
saw the biz model of a couple products depending on ever more expensive unscaleable 3rd world labor. Through in a #$%$ low r&d budget yielding no really product innovation and you get declining
    profits.

    fm radio on Nokia phones

let's see the burning platform had fm radio support for like a decade but you had to use the ear piece,
so now more then likely only 1 model of the evilware phone needs a special update from the evil empire
to work when if it ran on android there would like 100 videos on youtube to dyi enabling it. And that's another
reason why going with a evilware is a boneheaded mistake.

  • One of HK's biggest retailers is giving up the ghost on retailing in the land of the long low hanging stink over nonstop bribes according to a Reuters' story, Seems stinky land is 173 out of 187 in easy of doing business.
So you got idots saying let's given biz visas to coliars to setup business yet back in their own stink hole they
have a license requiring a bribe for everything.

Is this really the model the west wants? I don't think so, can you can coliar exclusion act?

Hindish speaking fool, it's "Can you call him a smelly Indian?". So the duck test comes into play
does it smell like a smelly coliar, does it lie like a colier? does it hate the west and love obl like
nearly every coliar? then it's a smelly coliar.

I'm guessing it made it's money in the terrorist money laundering screaming calls movies, drug dealing
and selling slave girls. Things that Clueless Nuts Network never say as the world might not think
    to highly of the coliars.

    Terry

  • Finally the truth about the low hanging stink's economic war against the west is getting out. Hopefully the
lie streaming media get the truth out. Not Clueless Nuts Network where fried zuchinni is pushing the lie that
    colier sourcing is good.

The reform bill looks to be divided up in the house, and hopefully this will lead to a coliar exclusion and/or
a ban on coliers gettting h1b along with a demand all such holders must leave this yr. Now that would be
    reform.

  • why this is a good 1st start it's a well known fact that towel heads are the biggest group of current illegal
aliens. Also the coliar sourcing industry as shown in the AL case abuses b visa's so asking why are you
staying so long would go a long way to clear the air surrounding their true status. Of course increasing
the fines to $5M for hiring illegal aliens including filthy smelly hindhish speaking coliars would really
start cleaning the pond as would rat out an illegal smelly get a big check.
