Indeed! The business is very strong. I would not be surprised to see this over $6 per share this year.

There you are ronz, always asking questions... never providing answers or extensive info.

About 30% of KLIC business is in China recently.

    Sentiment: Sell

  • shrewd_curmudgeon by shrewd_curmudgeon 13 hours ago Flag

As China's economy slows down, so does KLIC's business. And especially we'll see KLIC's net income slow down. That is what is driving the share price decline... KLIC is partly through this but we may see $8 per share before it is done.

    Sentiment: Sell

  • This company just had a beat and raise. More cash and profits rolled in for CHE for its 2nd fiscal quarter. Analyst expected $27 million in non-GAAP net income, and CHE now posted $29 million for the quarter. This is a record. Balance sheet is even stronger. Chemed will have over $100 million in net income for the first year ever. And it will likely be well over $100 million.
Cash flow from operations will be over $120 million. The company knows the stock price below $150 per share is a bargain. There are only 17 million shares.
Chemed now expects full-year earnings in the range of $6.60 to $6.75 per share. Very strong and undervalued.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • More cash and profits rolled in for IPHS. Analyst expected $210 million in revenue, and IPHS now posted $217 million in revenue for the quarter. Net income of $13.6 million came in for the quarter. Balance sheet is even stronger. The companies knows the stock price below $60 per share is a bargain. Cash flow was over $53 million for this quarter alone!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

It is pretty clear that management thinks Solitron is undervalued (since balance sheet has improved a lot without the stock yet reflecting it). It is also pretty clear that Ersken and Pointer think Solitron is undervalued as they are buying shares and saying the company is good since it is bringing in cash but shareholders are not being given enough say and management is not doing enough to bring the undervalued share price up.

I voted my proxy. I voted the white proxy, but I don't think Kopperl is doing any good for the company and plus he has no ownership in the company so I voted AGAINST him.
    I voted FOR the auditor.
I voted AGAINST the compensation plan because Saraf has received enough virtually free shares and shareholders should not have to allow the 10-yr options to be extend to an unlimited time frame. This is exactly where I agree with Ersken -- that shareholders should be able to approve the extension of management options.
I voted FOR the declassification of the Board
I voted FOR the repeal of recent changes to bylaws that haven't had shareholder approval.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Looking better than $10 per share

IOT is a bargain while under $32 million. It is a bargain while it is under $8 per share. Net tangible assets are worth over $80 million. I would not be surprised to see IOT over $15 per share this year.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

More cash and profit flows into Surge Components. Balance sheet is even better. Revenue increase to over $7.1 million for the quarter. Net income was $223K for the quarter. Cash flow was strong
I had projected that the company can earn over $0.8 million per year and they are well on they way to exceeding this.
The company is conservatively worth over $19 million. With only 9.6 million shares outstanding, that comes to $2.00 per share. It will be easy for SPRS stock price to get over $2 per share.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

It is illegal to import R-22 from China. The US government is really cracking down on that and enforcing the law. I think there is a lot of fear and uncertainty investors have about Hudson Technologies and this will soon be cleared when the latest quarter's earnings report comes out. HDSN may have over $23 million in revenue. that would be a record high quarter (beyond any quarter the company has ever had). Demand and gap for R-22 is growing significantly this year. This will be filled by reclaimed R-22 and Hudson is geared up to do it as they are the largest processor for old R-22 and largest supplier for reclaimed R-22. Profit margins should also be good as energy is a major cost for Hudson, but energy prices are down this year (vs. prior years) and this will help margins. We will likely see over $0.08 per share in net income for the quarter. If we are even close to that, net income will be far better than the prior year. If they beat the $0.08 per share, we will see HDSN stock price fly. Do your due diligence and prepare for what is coming this year.

S&P has now rated CENX a 5 (best category from 1 to 5) for fair valuation rank.
Century Aluminums largest cost, energy, has dropped lower. Profit margins are improving. Revenues are up 30% in the past year. And because CENX quality is far better than foreign aluminium producers, Glencore will buy everything that CENX can make. Century Aluminum stock is at a great bargain right now. We are likely to see CENX over $15 before the end of 2015.

Great to see the Army has pumped up the orders for IVAC's vision system. IVAC is a key supplier for the military. This demand will only get stronger. IVAC is a high quality vendor to the Army and has a whole line of products that follow the pulse of the military needs for critical products.

INFN all cash deal for Transmode

You are a bit off there. Don't mix quarterly results with annual results.
You gave Infinera's most recent quarter of revenue so we'll talk in quarterly numbers.
Transmode had revenue of 289.3 SEK for Q1. With 1 Swedish krona = 0.12 US dollar. That means Transmode has revenue of $34.7 million per quarter. That means Transmode revenue per employee is $129K/quarter (very similar to INFN's)

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Great to see revenues up and to see margin much stronger than the prior quarter.
Margins have not been this strong. This is great.
Net non-GAAP income was at $9.5 million for the quarter.
Cash flow from operations was higher than expected at +$16.3 million. Excellent.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

The Supreme Court today ruled that EPA regulations were overzealous. The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 against Environmental Protection Agency pollution rules for power plants Monday, in a blow to President Obama's environmental agenda.

The majority decision, written by Justice Antonin Scalia, said the EPA has to consider the costs of complying with the rules and sent the air pollution regulations back to the agency.

The EPA rules in question regulate hazardous air pollutants and mercury from coal- and oil-fired power plants, known as the MATS regulations. The regulations went into effect April 16. The utility industry had argued that the rules cost them billions of dollars to comply and that EPA ignored the cost issue in putting the regulations into effect.

"EPA must consider cost — including cost of compliance — before deciding whether regulation is appropriate and necessary. It will be up to the agency to decide (as always, within the limits of reasonable interpretation) how to account for cost," Scalia wrote in agreeing with the industry. The EPA needs to take into account costs and not just wanton regulations. Coal companies have been excessively burdened and overly beaten down due to overzealous regulation.

Chemed has beat earnings in both of the most recent two quarterly results. This company likely will bring in over $6.60 per share in the next 12 months. Operations are running well. Stock is still cheap.
