Freddy needs an enigma decoder. Looks like it happened on several MB's around the same time, yesterday.

Frederick, you better get CEMP, it cures all critters ills. JMO, Beav, may get a lodge there and Mrs. Alfaski was sighted burying all her empty MD 20/20 bottles. She's in the closet except when her chair fell off the porch on the hydrangias.

I am in TSRX like, in share count position, so far, don't know how much schroe has (I am not he, as an alias), thought I would let you know I have a load of CEMP on this thread. BTW - PTX has been rewarding me handsomely, since we last wrote each other. Best to you, old friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • We can winter here and build our rafts up and you can start a new dam, and raise the level, as this place will be flooded soon enough. Get in here before all the critters take all the cheap spots. Build now, Beaver.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Yes, glad you and BEAV are doing well with GERN. I went in that one with BEAV and traded it a couple times. I met BEAV in TSRX when nobody was around and BTW-we are looking at CEMP as a new antibiotic company to build rafts in. Beav said he may go into CEMP, but I think he loves his place on GERN. CEMP's drug kills plenty of microbes, even those resistant to Zithromax. Also kills Gonorrhea 100% with one dose (oral) in Phase 2 trial. Check the website for slides and more DD.

This is so obvious, even pencil tech knows. Time to sue FDA? All those pills of oxcodone can go into patients pajama's and out on streets with Anancen's system. It could fall out of their fingers onto the floor where PATCHES could eat it and get high. This is a travesty and unfair treatment. ACRX will only need to update IFU and do Human Factors test, if too groggy patient will buzz a nurse for help. They will do it with little hastle, nothing to write down as Zalviso system tracks everything. Little chance of diversion at any step with Zalviso, even disposal by the DEA is easy, just take out the clip and write down how many tabs for destruction and 2-3 witnesses sign off one from DEA or police officer and pharmacist. Hospitals have this protocol down. Best to all ACRXer's!!

I'm in here with a nice position (CEMP), also in TTPH and waiting on my DRTX cash out for the CVR. Plan on bringing that $23 per share coming out of DRTX in the next week or two, over here to gather up some more CEMP shares. Volume here is lite now, but that may change soon, I want to be locked in at $14's or lower on my next additions to my CEMP position if I can get more gift. I have some from $9's upward, so far. Best to all in the antibioticas!!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

BTW - I still like it, listen to CC, all the new things going on here - likely looking to bring in another new product to sell in "Pain" or "Women's Health" therapeutic areas. Moving along with sNDA on Trexi for adolescents and Silenor OTC, plus otic product in development. Looks like they sold $16 million Trexi in September, and weren't you the one balking about Trexi making up 50% of revs. saying it was unlikely. Well, it rang true.

BTW-looks like you were also wrong about IGI, by looking at messages you wrote in sept, when it was around $5, and you were panning that one, too. If you like safety so much and think low out of favor stocks are too risky maybe you can buy bonds or CD's? I consider that a risk, not putting money to work on cheap out of favor small cap pharma when time is right.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Yeah, I have 1% in now. I really loaded for $2 which was 1X sales a year ago. Historically, that has worked.

Yeah, I don't know who would try for appraisal rights. This is a good deal with CVR, IMO. 50% should be in the bag; we will see pretty soon.

    PTX vs HZNP

Frederick, I had HZNP from 2012 when Lodatra was being brought over from EU. It got cheap then at about $2, but they had a lot of debt to clear out of the balance sheet relative to market cap back then (shorts were rabid over the debt). PTX was cheap last year for $2, and Dougie showed up to FIX things, PTX was about 1X sales (that is when I bought, as a rule of thumb it has worked for me the 1X ratio). PTX is beginning to show turnaround, is all, some things are being cut and some added. I reviewed HZNP and I like the numbers from the US drugs, but from the merger documents, looks like it would take a while for the new foreign addition to really kick in for that capitalization (JMO). For both, we have to see how they execute their game plans. Hope they both get it done.

That's for options. Every DRTX share will be paid $23 and the CVR if the 50% of shares are tendered.

Of course you know me and I know you. Is that a song? I think HZNP share count may have increased with the Irish Jig merger. I am not bashing HZNP, and I have owned the stock before. PTX was a gem and yes you did get a prize to feed Mrs. Alfaski. It will be interesting to see how these 2 perform from here. PTX near $11 and HZNP near $12. You could hold both, if you don't know. Frederick, I know you have options on HZNP, so that could influence. I only have shares in PTX at the moment and no options. Best to you and those in PTX and HZNP. I should say I own the common denominator, POZN, it has done well, got in last November. It is spitting out cash.

true, they both could go higher. CEMP hasn't done much running, yet. Both used to trade in the same price range, TTPH has done well since 1st data release. Cemp data in Q1 '15.

DRTX tender is tomorrow night 11/14/2014 by midnight, after they are all paid they will need a stock to replace DRTX. DRTX holders should be paid within 10 days. CVR money tied to that one.

Nice BEAV, what do you think for GERN to go up to in share price near term and maybe longer term (it is up big tonight). Funny how we write about you today, and now it is all good again. Best to you!! Look at CEMP for a winter build up.

You should have some CEMP. Zithromax has so much resistance, so highly needed. GAIN Act make it worth it, for buyouts of antibioticca comps. TSRX, OPTR, DRTX, all gone now. CEMP is on deck, do some DD all you critters, buy on weakness. Data due in 1st quarter and summer 2nd trial. I hope BEAV got in safely, he has been knawing on GERNy too long, his teeth are almost gone, poor thing. Cemp is easy, so far. Best to all PTX holders, Cemp is a side project I am working on.

I've been loading for months, this thing will be highly sought after. Kills gonorrhea 100% dead with one pill. Also, the polar vortex is early this year, both large trials should be completed on schedule. Resistance is rampant, need a backup plan. GAIN act gives longer exclusivity, can keep on selling no generic problem, so soon. Lots of buyouts in this space recently TSRX, OPTR, DRTX, now the best one is on deck. Merry XMas to ALL!!
