if only CEO had been able to say he had a firm fda meeting date during his presentation this am

IMO, stock would have cleared 32ish today

no new impending company public presentations scheduled as of now

thus, we may have radio silence UNTIL fda finally squeeks, and the company then publicly discloses

    what a totally relaxed environment

    last week, we needed Depends

this week, we are taking a different approach

    dear bud

I want you to do the following:

    1. call God on your God hotline phone

    2. ask God if me and star are the same person

    3. report back what he says

I never thought I was star, but given your connections, I am now worried we are in fact the same person

it just amazes me how well connected you really are

the most recent public blogs by activists are, IMO, a new sign that they have grown less supportive of JW

and these are the same people who have been in every meeting with JW, including the most recent meeting where 7 different dmd experts offered their views to FDA

I fear they were unimpressed with wht the FDA had to say at that meeting, given their ramped negative tenor in their most recent comments

EVEN THE STOCK MARKET HAS COME TO JUST ACCEPT EACH FDA DELAY NOW!

if you are short this stock you must be annoyed to the ends of the earth

the market has become beaten in to submission, AND patient, on srpt, and is waiting for the FDA, apparently no matter how long it takes

neither bud, nor god, will be able to help the shorts if the FDA eventually decides something, and its positive

    ok!

now I understand, and your explanation makes perfect sense

I am now going to marshall 50,000 signatures on the petition in the next 48 minutes

    you can count on it

what if they are all promising to do this, in the same fashion that you promised to never post again?

I forgive you for breaking your promises, but maybe they don't?

  • dear johnny87778

thank you for your dramatic response to my posting last evening

to know that you look for me and read my postings means a lot!

I would like to return the favor, I really would

but, sadly, your tweets are password protected, apparently due to high security status as a nationally important person

but pleez know that although I have no idea what you are saying, I fully support you when you say it

be safe and password protected, my nationally important friend

and worst yet, I believe woodcock continues to mislead activists literally as of right now

I suspect they thankfully smile at her in person

but read their most recent blog and tweet statements ...

do those sound like statements somebody would make who was comfortable with what is going on?

    ...

    UM, I THINK NOT

  • simp08801 by simp08801 Mar 2, 2014 3:34 PM Flag

    read your long tweet

I have been doing that schedule in my head for months

the company would NOT have gone bankrupt, and rather, it would have merely done a larger cash raise after the 48 week data

if the fda had just told the company to do a regular P3 back then (namely, march 2013), you already know where we would be right now

as for the "larger" cash raise that was avoided back then, guess what?

the last year has all but guaranteed another cash raise anyway!

$265 mil cash at 2013 year end and a guided $120 mil 2014 cash burn

    working backwards ...

if the fda requires a full P3, cash raise is obvious

if fda requires a mild P3, drug will still not hit market until mid to late 2016, and cash raise anyway, is coming in 2015

    now for the worst

EVEN if fda winks UP on NDA filing now, the one-year delay has made the chances of cash raise STILL high in 2015, because the drug would still not hit the street until endish of 2015

the shorts know all of this

I do not blame the company

I do blame pat furlong, eric hoffman, stu peltz, eric bastings, temple AND janet woodcock, for her gross misleading of dmd activists (and mislead them, she has)

assume the fda finally decides by end of march, and assume it even allows NDA filing and confirmatory P3

    build the schedule off that

such schedule BLOWS for mid to late teenage dmd boys

these same boys could have possibly gotten the drug sooner if a P3 timely filed 48 week data

all if would have taken is more of a cash raise

    WHAT A DISGRACE

  • simp08801 by simp08801 Mar 1, 2014 12:19 PM Flag

I assume the FDA 16-month, and counting, process of review of Srpt has been extremely complicated and difficult, with major discord inside the FDA, for sure

we can all debate whether it should, or should have not, been this way

some will say the FDA is to blame, others will say the company and/or the data is to blame, and all in between

but after all this time and delay (including the latest delay ... and do not kid yourself, it IS a delay), it seems to me that all can agree that for whatever reasons, there is no longer any reasonable way to handicap this

the stock trading suggests that EVERYBODY is now flying blind on this (it would be 40-50 of the longs had a wink and it would be 15-20 if the shorts had a wink)

IMO, nobody, any longer, has a wink

IMO, as an investment, this is essentially one step above a lottery ticket for purposes of immediate term stock movement, up or down

is it still "possible" the FDA will ultimately do something favorable here?

    I still think so

but if you are long or short this stock, you need to be prepared to lose a ton of money, depending upon how the lottery plays out

make sure you sign my petition too

it now appears piney has delayed her response to my marriage proposal, again, out of respect for the fact that the fda has delayed its response to srpt, again

    this is emotionally draining

I have asked the President to call her on behalf

  • the real net shorts (NOT the day trading stock monkeys), are right there with the longs, cheek to cheek, wallet to wallet

the NON volume aint lettin anybody with size out

we got "Hotel California" until the FDA finally says something that matters

    hi star

    it trades like a champ

you have to take into consideration today is the last trading day of February, and given the move during february, the shorts that are marking their books at the close today will be quite involved in the trading

this should be obvious to everybody

I recommend we focus on something more important, such as tkmr and other things, like the CEO

  • simp08801 by simp08801 Feb 28, 2014 12:18 PM Flag

the stock trades like a champ, all things considered

  • yesterday's trading and early trading today must be very disappointing to them
