    Exactly; the comments were almost always better than the articles, but even with bashing, it is good to hear the worst case scenario for any stock you own. You won't hear it from Management, and you don't want to learn it when it's too late.
    Hear and evaluate negative comments, then do your own due-diligence. It is pretty easy (for me) to tell when the criticism or praise is exaggerated.

    Motley Fool has young writers with not a lot of experience or expertise in the areas they comment on. Their main function is to generate interest in Motley Fool. I generally consider their opinions honest, if inept.

    Nothing lately; they announced one five weeks ago that has already closed:
    :",,,The offering size was increased to 3,000,000 common units from 2,800,000 common units. The common units were offered to the public at $23.25 per unit. The offering is expected to settle and close on April 29, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions. New Source expects to use all of the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of the indebtedness outstanding under its revolving credit facility...:"
