Jack, you've been around this company as long as I have and we have lots to complain about. I believe the downfall can be traced back to the PIPE that saddled us with VICIS Capital, cost Mike Brandofino his job and saddled us with co-CEOs that promised double digit growth and delivered nothing...except Peter Holst through the recent acquisition.

I wouldn't say I optimistic because there is competition from many places in this space but there are things I like. 1) VICIS Capital is gone. 2) Peter has skin in the game unlike previous management which were awarded all their shares. 3) I still believe this segment of communications business still has huge upside growth potential and Peter seems to understand the business in a way the last 2 CEOs did not. He has been relatively clear about his plan and the time frame for the transition of the business which so far he has accomplished while slowly improving the balance sheet & other metrics. 4) It appears Peter also understands you can't continually disappoint on guidance and I am content they remain tight lipped for now while he remakes the company. He has a lot to do to repair the credibility of Glowpoint with clients, institutional investors & shareholders and the best way to do that is with a better product and upside surprises.

I don't expect much news in the next conference call but look forward to the May & August calls.

    Here's to a better 2015 for Glowpoint!
