    Stock price

2nd Q will be blow out and given slid in fuel wholesale cost most likely a nice beat. With 1.01 estimated for Q2 don't expect the price to decline much more then $10s. In fact with a beat that I am predicting we might pop to $13 plus. Just look at past 12 Qs earnings with TA...they have managed to beat 90% of them and meet expectation on the rest. The puppy is still not getting the love that it deserves but it will.

If Ross's forecast holds as you stated, 20+ for 2014 is not out of question. Just look at the valuation for MM

They are getting nervous. Need to lock the gains or slim out the losses will soon get them to cover. It has just bottomed out and it seems no matter what bad news the stock rebounds into the $2s again.....

what Ross did will bring trust and validity to Velti books and numbers from the street once the dust settles. That is much more solid move longer term then sit back an lie so you get some idiot retail investors. If they were smart instead of winning they would also take advantage and buy here or average down for the inevitable run up coming towards the 3Q and beyond. That is what smart money doing.

Golf...use your logic for a second....if you just installed a new security system in your house would you go advertise its capability and how it works in your town?? Would you want your security company to do that?Hopefully that make you understand how a bank thinks and why ETAK must comply.

Just basing it on some assumptions....we have a major vendor that give us 85% financing on equipment already which speaks volume on the credit worthiness of the company and its viability. I have dealt with that type of financing several times before for my company and they are not done lightly. Also, If they were going to pull the trigger on dilutive financing then they have done it earlier when we were at $1.20s. The fact that they have not leads to me to believe that the company is at the late stages of deciding or negotiation with a debt based financing or a LOC on receivables soon to be announced. We should hear within next 3 weeks at the latest.

stealing shares down here. I have 24K shares on 98 cents all day the MM wouldn't bring down 1 cent to fill! lol...so finally he won and I moved it up at 3.55 but still didn't fill most of it. The financing is almost done and its most likely not dilutive.

lol...what's smart phone growth "rate" has to do with Augme's numbers? There is no direct correlations there except indirectly that the future of mobile "anything" is bright and here to stay. Augme and others in the space will benefit for "years" to come as online advertising has been for past decade. Get your head out of your a hole and take a breather. That #$%$ is destroying your cells! lol

  • sirius_yomama_2 sirius_yomama_2 May 19, 2013 8:49 AM Flag

Mobile...IMO, the ultimate buyer of Augme will not be likes of yahoo, google, or FB. These companies don't play in a niche relationship based business with sales staff and cycles like ours. They go after technology that can be integrated into their own and served over their portals. If you noticed none of them have a anything like Augme or Velti who really are agency type business with technology supporting platforms. IMO, our buyer will be in similar business model type such as Velti (I don't think they will anymore with their own Vetli Media and MCT development now), MM (who needs to ultimately move into mobile marketing to be viable and competitive in the future), or Gannet type business that deal with agency type advertising models. Such larger advertising type companies are looking to own the platform of the future in mobile as more and more of the traditional medium transfers to it in coming years. But at the mean time we have enough cash to get us nicely into profitability and moving forward on solid growth rate. The longer we can operate and become financially stronger the better the buyout offers will be. With cash at hand and LOC there is no need to rush into a sell situation. let IB get his bearings straight and the sales on track and grow the company like he knows how to do. With patience this will be a successful investment long term.

100% correct. This is not an issue right now that is why it didn't even touch the offering price before if flew back up to over $2. There is a lot of funds taking position knowing the future of this company and the space. In 2014 this company will produce massive cash going forward. They can easily issue stock buy back to reduce share count if needs be or they feel they undervalued.

    Speculation On The Ultimate Outcome

    by itsahorserace May 17, 2013 5:31 PM
    sirius_yomama_2 sirius_yomama_2 May 18, 2013 4:02 PM Flag

Horse, Given the events that have taken place with previous management and how it has affected our future with cash and therefore legal front I would not support the high valuations that I once spoke about here. However, I have neither given up on the company's fundamentals or its future. IMO IB will "slowly" bring us back to viability once our BE is achieve and the cloud of financing is removed. We are still the best niche platform in mobile marketing and premium advertising in an industry at its infancy. Given proper time and nurturing (cash) we will grow 40% plus for years to come. However, I don't think we will be around for years. I think once we prove FCF for multiple Qs then we will be taken out. There is also a possibility that MM makes a move on us or Velti. I don't believe Velti will be interested to be acquired at these levels nor can MM pull that off but Augme will be affordable at its fair value to its sales. There is something brewing there whether its merger or partnership.

Again, although mobile advertising is the hot spot with lots of money being thrown at it right now the future is mobile marketing. In that space there only two niche players worth mentioning.....Augme and Velti. Pick one or both and just hold on for a couple of years.

for next few months they are going through a patchy BE period. By 2014 they will be consistently profitable.

They said "almost" in April. This is because they got the one time upfront fees from SA deal for deployment. Until the users get transferred for that deal we will not have sustained positive CF.

Look at MSTR...I had them when they went down to 50 cents! and then they did a RS 10:1. and now look at them. I had most of that ride up. It set me up nicely! That is a like Velti and Augme today. Just give them time....these companies are the future. I was able to put that money into likes of NUAN, IMAX, TA, and CSE to name a handful at very early stages. I cant tell you from my experience that secret to success is to believe in your investment fundamentals and shut your ears to these bashers. If I had listened to them I wouldn't be where I am today.
