Ok lets not start spewing garbage because we are disappointed. They have $12M in the bank in cash. Sure they were drawn on their LOC but that is something that the bank will work with them with new revenue model in hand and opportunities they would be preview to. Now IMO the line will be paid back up to $6M which will leave 6M in the bank. What is not clear is the new VS business and the revenue associated to the 2 latest deployed business. They will have take out some of the sting from the ATT loss and so well continuous increase of LOWI business. We do need another carrier deployed quickly but we do have time for another 3 Qs with $6M cash on hand based on my assumption.
I believe 5-600K...not much but it was for assets that were not performing for us and not aligned with the longer term vision of the company....we will see a hit to the revenue on the news as these assets were the bigger chunk of the revenue we were bringing in. I am praying that HWW partnership is on the way and is going to succeed in getting our app downloads and usage higher.
WC...the situation in Saudi is very different that anywhere I have seen. As it stands this is the most corrupt part of the world and they have no business what so ever. I have mentally discounted Axiom to zero completely. However Brazil is a different environment and hope that they have their $h1t together. But I agree that it will not be an immediate relief. We don't even know how many sims or if this is a new upstart like LOWI that will take time to build up. The same goes with VZ.....

They are a ton of reason why anyone would sell but only one that explains the amount of holdings these guys have in ETAK. That number is only a small fraction of their holding and it could be very well be for balancing of their overall investments.
I am flattered by his ID...It just shows me that he has lost ton of money in shorting MSTR, NUAN, IMAX, TA, CSE, SONS, SIRI back few years ago while I made millions and hence why he is soooooo #$%$ and bitter. LOL...while he is bringing up a a couple of losses that I have taken in hands of stupid CEOs of 2 companies he doesn't mention what I have made that far surpasses my losses in these two. That is why I always suggest diversification among industries you understand.

Your grasp of financials is very rudamentory.....ETAK will not be paying taxes for a very long time after they start making money because of vast build up taxes losses. Secondly, we have to wait to see how they will restructure the loan at hand before making rash statements. Third, the restructuring with bank has a lot to do with the revenue that is NOW coming in with 2 other VS opportunities. We don't what amount that has added with will eventually relieve some pressure from burn rate. Secondly, Q1 was too short to show the cost cutting efforts announces midway. Q2 will also further show that they have release many of their overhead from Iusacell engagement with again relieve pressure. So without knowing any FACTS you are sitting here crying about BK??? Paying significant amount of loan off is relative to what minimum amount they need to pay off to become compliant. If they need to just pay off $4 than that is all they will do. Why payoff any more if they don't need to in the situation they are at? Think about it....
painfully so....The stock is broken....the potential and market size is not. We need the SA deal done and announced. I hear VZ is done deal but revenue potential from that, although great long term, will take a while to come to fruition. I believe both VS and ETAK have another couple of cards up their sleeves by the end of year. I think with those the stock will slowly heal.
Since the payment in cash is in june the deferred revenue will be realized via this payment and this should produce a profitable Q for us. It could garner wall street attention a little bit and get some fresh money invested here.
WC...although I do appreciate having a CEO with deep pocket and fully aligned with the shareholders I have to say that the timing of that conversion is very suspicious. Does it help ETAK of course and thank you! but does it help SVV even more for pick up cheap shares....absolutely! Oh well! At least we don't have to sweat bullets.
In terms of working the loan terms....I would say we have to trust SVV to reconstruct the terms in such a way that a decent amount of the cash stays on hand for operations for next 3-4Qs. What is exciting for me is that we have 2 potentially large customer deployments with SA and VZ around the corner that can utilize the Iusacell platform now with our any Capex burden on the company. So any NRC for deployment will essentially help out our Opex.
Nice find...that is just the beginning for LOWI. Give it time and you will see it in 100K plus subs by end of the year. After certain amount of SIMs the laws of large numbers will work in it s favor...namely brand recognition among users and word of mouth.
Exactly Golf.....That platform was paid for with NRC from Iusacell in 3-4Q of 2013. That "belongs" fully to ETAK now. ATT will migrate back the SIMS onto that piece of garbage IBM platform where ATT will spend 10s of millions trying to correct the remainder of corrupted data and platform upgrades. That platform will now be used for our customers in "Americas". HUGE! Bravo SVV and the team
You do have a higher number Invest....the Mexican Platform is worth $5-8M! That belongs to ETAK now! So U.S. and all other Central and SA customer can be provisioned on that now with NO INITIAL CAPITAL OUTLAY! Can we be more better positioned on heel of a Verizon and SA contract??? We can use the money from the settlement for operation of current environment and do not need ADDITIONAL capital for these two nearly signed contracts! BTW when they sign the SA deal they can still charge an NRC for deployment and platform capital but pocket it for operations! Beautiful!!!

Guys..you are missing the bigger point....the platform in Mexico was paid as NRC by Iusacell initially...it was approximately $5-8M in cost. As part the agreement that platform now belongs to ETAK! Add that to the total and you get about $20M in settlement. That is huge positive. We can now use that platform for U.S, Mexico, and Central America! No initial outlay for business in that area....they can now be even more aggressive to get customers signed up!
1) The most important aspect of this settlement beside cash settlement is approximately $5-8M of Network Platform that Iusacell had paid for as NRC installments to deploy the platform initially. In reality we have received a $20M plus settlement.
2) No restriction to operate in Mexico which means they can go right to the competition with all the data they have about Iusacell and sign them up!
3) Amicable agreement means ATT can use ETAK in other places or capacity if needed.

this sell off just shows how ignorant some of the retail investors are in this ticker. This is aside from the loyalties that they are receiving from defendants that decide not to go to court or challange already proven IPs. Furthermore with $50M line of credit and MARA contineously acquiring new assets the load of opportunities will only increase as we go forwards. MARA's business model is one of diversity and longivity like no other Patent company. This sell of represents that best opportunity for new position or averaging down.
