Exactly; and that is precisely why he doesn't own any stock. The trust can sell the stock, etc. You might also read his most recent official legal declaration to the effect that he owns no stock.

    Not so.
There is always a legal way to communicate almost anything. The lawyer's job is to accomplish that, not just to cut out everything that might be troublesome. The lawyer's job is to make happen legally whatever the CEO wants accomplished. The CEO gives the orders to the lawyer, not vice versa.

You have hit the nail on the head.

Yes, this is the crucial moment.

It's time to tell the whole story, including suppositions, anecdotes, everything. Also time to mention the presumed full potential of Ampion, NCE 001, etc.

Otherwise the stock will decline even further as the big boys accumulate more and more. Then there will be a very low offer (like 3.00) that will be impossible to fight.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Have you read a copy of the abstract to be delivered at the meeting at the end of this week? or do you simply have access to the title and summary?

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Unless my ears have deceived me, early on in his talk at the Jefferies conference Vaughan Clift stated that Ampion "appears also to turn on healing processes, that it actually attracts stem cells, helps them survive, ...."
P.S. The "shorts" have done really well for themselves in Ampio during the past two years; I wouldn't spend any time being concerned with them. (Just my opinion)

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

YES!! The most important part of the press release is the anecdotal information that removing them from access to the drug caused them to revert to their previous condition. What could be a more positive statement (provided, of course, that putting them back on the drug again ameliorated their condition)?

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    Dear racavalli,
Here is my opinion (and I freely admit that I am 100% over the top bullish on this company):
In my view it would be a shame to sell out for such a small amount of money. The stock is a keeper for many years to come. The pipeline and all that will be originated as years go by is extraordinary due in part to the scientific methodologies being utilized. Those approaches are the wave of the future.
To anyone who has stock I would suggest that, unless something catastrophic were to occur, it would be wise to hold onto AMPE stock if possible. The father of a friend of mine has been living off the dividends of his original two million dollar investment in a company he got involved with nearly forty years ago.
In three to seven years each AMPE share will easily be worth at least five thousand dollars. Right now it's worth about 265 dollars per share and will quite soon be worth at least 657 dollars per share. Dr. B and Mr. M deserve to walk away within five years (give or take) with billions.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    Congratulations, RACAVALLI!!

You have been a clear voice regarding the underlying VALUE of AMPE. You have correctly evaluated the various outstanding milestones that have brought us to this point.

Today's news is more than just outstanding. It's actually earthshaking. People will no longer have to have a needle pressed into their eyeball in an effort to at least temporarily stave off ultimately inevitable blindness; instead they can take a pill and perhaps even improve their vision.

Clearly AMPION will have multiple applications beyond OAK, but Optina will be a welcome addition to whatever therapy may be available for the treatment of ME.

Just my opinion, of course; but I feel confident that I am correct.
