Pretty obvious that the fed is creating boom and bust cycles. My question is...why isn't anything being done about it by our so-called representatives? I think that I already know the answer eh. It is the same reason that big pharma isn't being decimated via litigation for the poisons that they manufacture that are turning ordinary folk into homocidal and/or suicidal monsters! Time to "pull back the curtain" and reveal "OZ" I am thinking. Economic slaves we will be until we the people take action. It will be an uphill climb.
It is amazing to me that this stock remains just above a buck considering the fact that gasoline prices are at a premium! They remain high due to an artifical buoyancy of oil prices based upon perception. Metals and oil are plummeting due to the actions of the Fed (which desperately needs to be audited... along with the IMF, World bank, and all central banks in EVERY nation! Let's find out who is who and deal with them accordingly!
It is my opinion that the executives of Cumulus will pull their heads out of their cavities located south of the belt line and acquiece to the contractual demands from Rush. Cumulus is nothing without him. Cumulus is not a well run organization. It didn't take me two weeks to realize this. I would never work for a Clear Channel station either. It is my opinion that one could short CMLS now and be observant for an increase in vol. to the positive. This would indicate that negotiation problems have been resolved and that Rush has been retained.
Strength here. Waiting for increased volume. Macd is going pos. http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ta?s=MPET&t=6m&l=on&z=l&q=c&p=&a=m26-12-9&c= Shorts to cover imho. May produce another spike? Look for increased volume.
Here we go again. Another business being killed by rules, regulations and litigation (and unscrupulous board member (s). It will be interesting to find out how much the legal (and other expenses incurred) are and whether or not the company will be left holding the bag for them. Anyone have any idea what the tab is thus far? I certainly hope that those who are innocent in this quagmire have retained competent counsel and that this company will continue to be a going concern after all is said and done (and proven in a court of law). Let's see what they do next in order to maintain the listing on the Nasdaq. I am thinking that we will probably see a reverse split in the near future. It is anyone's guess as to how much they are going to devalue each of the common shares. Sigh*

Once the delisting occurs, this stock will trade at about .05. Look for a brief run up and then they will file BK and wipe out all of the common stockholders. I have seen it time and time again. For those of you who need proof, look at CTDB as a precedent. There are many many others. This is the b.s. game that these jerks play. They file bk chapter 11 and then it is business as usual. They simply issue new common stock, squander all of the money and then eliminate the debt and start over. Fricken criminal if you ask me.
It is still trending down. Doubtful that it will "fill the gap" this quarter. Will probably head south for the rest of the year.
I'd be very careful if I were you. These particular "services" are not the "holy grail". They are wrong many times. If you aren't willing to do your own homework, watch very closely and trust your own instincts, then you should probably step to the side and save your money.
