  • n March 3, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the "Committee") of the Company affirmed the determination of incentive compensation to certain executive officers based upon performance in 2014 (in accordance with performance based formulas previously disclosed) and awarded a discretionary bonus to the Chief Financial Officer. The performance based compensation paid to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager of both our Mechanical Products and Electrical Products Segments and the General Manager-Thermal Products Segment were $164,783, $20,586 and $120,490, respectively. The discretionary bonus awarded to the Chief Financial Officer was $116,570. In addition, the Committee approved the incentive compensation arrangements for the executive officers for 2015, which remain unchanged from 2014.
