No after hours on pennies, research your lies better or we will nickname yo jboweriii2003

  • I posted that HEMP, inc. is only a 3 cent stock. My apologies. It is really $0.028. With Billions of shares floating around, it does make a difference. ;)~ Ya'll have a nice weekend, ya hear!

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • Well, like all things HEMP, inc. the truth about the farce called ASCENTEXPO is slowly coming out.
Only 1/2 the exhibitor's showed up, and you could shoot a cannonball down the aisles and not hit anyone. But Bruce DID make promises (and contractual commitments) to the stock paying "Community of Companies" ( a subject Perlowin CLEARLY doesn't like anymore, at least according to his comments on his most recent Radio interview. ) and those booths had to be paid for. Care to guess HEMP inc's bill on this little outing? You should, if you own stock--IT WAS YOUR MONEY! Well, at least they made a party of it, wouldn't want those poor boys not enjoying themselves.

Now don't get me wrong, they can afford it. Bruce and a couple of close buds have packed away HUGE dollars on HEMP inc. stock--way back when you all were buying it. If you take the time to add up all the stock declared and sold in the SEC filings 12G you will come up with about 150,000,000 shares--actually more but round numbers are nice. For those smart enough to know where to find the weighted average sale price during that period-- you will come to the realization that the stock--in the aggregate--went for about $ .20+ a share. Thats 30 MILLION DOLLARS!!! PLUS!. And you have a 3 cent stock. Sounds fair to me..................
Pass me the baked kenaf, please.

NOPE, and you'll have to go read posts from 12, 13, 14, 15 months ago to find out why I am here--or remain ignorant. My money is on the latter.

Jboweriii2003, I asked you not to post anymore made up "facts". I asked to sit with a broker and learn about L3. NO buying is being made by ANY institution, and at Level 3 you can see WHO buys and sells. Either clean up your act, or I'll get you booted from this board.

  • WHY are Bruce Perlowin, a convicted felon, and HEMP inc, a 3 cent pennystock the ONLY owners of the largest decortication machine in North America???
Not Archer Daniels--- Not Georgia Pacific---- Not BASF---- Not General Mills. HEMP, inc.
Why are there ONLY 5 of these sized machines in the world?
Why have 40% of them come to market as used equipment in the last year (source ALIBABA eq. for sale))
If the machine is worth $10-15 MILLION dollars as posters here say it is, why did it only sell to HEMP inc., for $90,000 USD?
Why does the machine still not work (the real reason).
When (if it ever runs) it breaks down, will HEMP inc will have to "fly in" engineers from Germany to fix it? That's what they are waiting on now. Will the crop rot in the field while waiting? Will there be a crop to start with (no-- its a rhetorical question)

LASTLY. How about some names of the purported "farmers" who represent 2000 acres ready to plant in NC.
Perlowin Farms perhaps? LOL. Get funnier everyday OBTW, stocks down again.

So what, its still a financial loss. Just don't get it, but you will.

  • sjtbiz sjtbiz Mar 13, 2015 12:47 PM Flag

So now you are legislating subsidies, ROTHFLOL!
    WOW.

  • The REAL studies already done, not proposed studies, with documented FACTS not conjecture--not some sniveling bureaucrat trying to win votes--I am talking about state agricultural departments and major University'(s) Kentucky, Oregon and Purdue an the USDA

And excerpt from a REAL completed study 2014, BILLY BOY. pdf. uky.edu--ag (URL's will not post on YAHOO), if you can't find this research (pathetic) go to ihub where these are posted with full URL's
    Read it and weep.

{{{{....page 4 column 2 top paragraph under Economic Considerations
"""" Returns per acre in the lower price
scenario ranged from a negative $314 for fiber
only production, to $202 per acre for seed only
production at the high productivity level"""""". }}}}}}} This is but a sliver of information available which puts this hemp crop myth to bed. Nice thought, doesn't work. End of story. MJ? That's different.

You are way too concerned with legislation, and woefully uneducated with the actual economics of this crop.
Try buying some--go to Alibaba and buy raw kenaf and hemp. LOOK AT THE PRICES.
While you have your brain hopefully warmed up, ask yourself this question.
WHY----WHY are Bruce Perlowin, a convicted felon, and HEMP inc, a 3 cent stock the ONLY owners of the largest decortication machine in North America??? Not Archer Daniels. Not Georgia Pacific. Not BASF. Not General Mills. Bruce and you. ****** Bill, your naivety and gullibility is embarrassing.***** But a necessary ingredient to Mr. Perlowin's plan.

    It has, stock is down.

  • sjtbiz sjtbiz Mar 13, 2015 10:43 AM Flag

Keyboard makes a man of ya, huh. PIKER!

  • Now bottomsup2go and hall.bill say never mind about price now--wait till you see it in years to come.

Bottoms--after 200 posts in the last moth about Doji-warrior candle star cross-over blue wing straight up-outta site IT WILL BE 16 cents MARCH 10 if I am lying I'm dieing posts? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Not to be out done, hall.bill keeps pounding about MJ legislation. Anyone have the heart to tell him hemp isn't MJ or should we let him have his comfortable delusion? Let him be I guess.

Meanwhile, I have had NO takers on explaining how HEMP inc EVER expects to make any money when a ton of hemp/kenaf RAW is $40 spot market, (less in quantity) and at that price NC farmers will be losing about $300/acre just on input costs, let alone overhead and processing. I mean, that is after they (if) get the Temafa working, after and (if) NC ever approves hemp, and after and (IF!) you can convince profitable farmers growing corn, beet root, stevia and the like to switch to a losing crop um...because..um....Bruce says so??? HUH?

The University of Kentucky in association with the KY. State Agricultural Extension Dept. just updated there research of the economic viability of growing hemp and kenaf (pdf., 2014), as has Purdue University, and they have found the same problems--including horrible economics for production, as did the first study paid for and authorized by the U.S.D.A. with the University of Oregon. (all this is online)

So we are back to square one. Please notice the following. Since the "super pump" of 2/2014, the company has recanted-wrote down-restated $5.5MILLION of Revenue it really DIDN'T earn, the PRNEWS on the $1,000,000 venture fund retracted, the "Community of Companies" dissolved, NO HEMP MAGAZINE every goal of getting the decortication machine running--missed, no new income streams.
The only unadulterated act, was Mr. Perlowin and friends selling 151,000,000 shares of stock for about $42MILLION (per SEC 12G filings . jezzzzz.
