    More News on Peru:

Washington, D.C., August 12 2014—IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, today issued a green bond denominated in Peruvian soles, raising PEN 42 million soles or approximately $15 million for climate-friendly investments in emerging markets.

The bond sets a precedent as the first green bond issued by a multilateral institution in the Peruvian markets. IFC has also issued green bond in the offshore renminbi markets, as part of a strategy to develop the green bond asset class in emerging markets.

The sole investor in the twenty-year bond is RIMAC Seguros, Peru’s leading insurance company. RIMAC Seguros is the first insurance company in Latin America to invest in green bonds. The lead manager for the transaction was JPMorgan.

“The green bond market is at a tipping point—and with this issuance, we are one step closer to raising awareness for the opportunities the asset class offers emerging market investors,” said IFC Vice President and Treasurer Jingdong Hua. “By investing in IFC green bonds, RIMAC Seguros is demonstrating its commitment to addressing climate change and paving the way for others to follow.”

“Rimac Seguros, as the market leader in insurance services in Peru, has made Social Responsibility one of its strategic priorities. In this sense, we are very pleased to become the first insurer in the region to invest in such bonds. This transaction not only helps to ensure the reliability of our company in the long term but will support IFC's effort to improve the environment,” said Jose Martinez Sanguinetti, chief investment officer with Rimac Seguros.

IFC issues green bonds for private sector investments that support renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, and to develop the green bond asset class. Proceeds from IFC green bonds are set aside in a separate account, and inclusion criteria for eligible investments are independently verified by the Center for International Climate and Environmental Research-Oslo.

PPS in a fair support area, but gradually getting stronger.
    200 DMA: $2.51
    1st Target: $2.68
    2nd Target: $2.78
    50 DMA: $2.82

I think it will take some positive production improvement to break through the 50 DMA, expect some progress and reports in September.

Miami Dolphins might need to do some of that Avi coca to increase there speed! They're moving a little slow, just like Tio Joe at The Junction, Peruvian Junction.

I am not sure how much new information will be available this coming Monday from the Denver Enercom presentation but it should help hold what strength the stock is showing at these levels. BPZ is currently extremely oversold. Late September we should have a better idea of production increases, my money is on PRE delivering. Hopefully BPZ will report positive results with the onshore drilling as that is theirs at 100%.

    Come shorts and critics
    Who prophesize on the board
    And keep your eyes wide
    The chance won’t come again
    And don’t speak too soon
For the drill bit still spins
And there’s no tellin’ who that it’s namin’
For the loser now will be later to win
For the times they are a-changin’

BPZ working on a double of pps within a year from current pricing.

BPZ second half of 2014 will be busy with 4 - 5 new Oil Wells in the Corvina & Albacora producing and improving cash flow!

With the new developments, particularly those related to Block Z-1, BPZ Resources is in a good position for growth in the near term. With the ongoing development at Corvina and Albacora, the company will significantly increase its well count in the coming years which will likely drive its turnaround. Meanwhile, Delfin prospect could offer excellent opportunity for growth. Moreover, the exploratory work in Block XXIII and the expected drilling at Block XXII could give a boost to its net proved reserves and open doors to a new joint venture.

Investors should watch out for positive developments from Blocks XIX and XXIII, which could translate into a catalyst for an upside. Furthermore, additional production from the offshore wells at Block Z-1 and new developments from Delfine, particularly the deployment of the new platform could cause an increase in share prices. Moreover, its shares could continue going higher in anticipation of positive earnings by Q1, 2015.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Need to continue paying down debt and along with Pacific Rubiales, drilll, baby, drill.

    Pump for the day!

Your response is exactly what I expected from a shill. My Miami Dolphins reference has as much to do with investing in BPZ as your alleged dead dolphins reference does, which is nil. Talk about beating a dead dolphin, if that is all your hanging your shorts on you are in trouble.
